After the net was abuzz with confirmation from law enforcement officials that Dr. Conrad Murray was indeed the one who administered the fatal dose of propofol to Jackson, his attorney is cautioning the public to not jump to any conclusions until the results of Michael's toxicology reports are revealed.

“It’s a waste of time responding to all these timed ‘leaks’ from ‘anonymous’ sources," a spokesperson for Murray's lawyer Ed Chernoff told RadarOnline.

"I have no doubt they want to make a case – for goodness sakes, its Michael Jackson - but things tend to shake out when all the facts are made known." But, said Chernoff's mouthpiece, "Everyone needs to take a breath and wait for these long delayed toxicology results."

Murray is currently being investigated for manslaughter in connection with Michael's death.

Amy Winehouse's ex-hubby Blake Fielder-Civil is blabbing to the press about his former lady love, and not only does he talk about their wild sex life and heroin use, but he revealed that Amy stole cocaine from supermodel Kate Moss!

At a party in a private suite at NYC's Gramercy Park Hotel, Blake claims Amy went into Kate's purse and pocketed two grams of coke, but Kate was so hammered, she didn't even notice it was missing!

According to The Daily Mail, they were mingling with models and other Hollywood stars when Kate told Amy to get a $10 bill out of her handbag to snort lines with. Amy then noticed 2 grams of cocaine in Kate's purse, so she stole it and headed to the bathroom with Blake to do lines and have sex!

Something tells us this wasn't the first time the troubled singer pulled a stunt like this...think Amy's going to put behavior like this behind her?

Yesterday Rihanna was snapped in NYC, and a light shower of sprinkles didn't seem to put a damper on her mood! We caught the R&B songstress as she left a building in SoHo and arrived at her hotel, and of course, she showed off her slammin' bod in a super sexy strapless number. P.S. love those shoes!

Lately Lindsay Lohan has been in all sorts of squabbles with gf Samantha Ronson, and it seems like it's really taking a toll on her. After we reported that Sam was thinking of moving to NYC to get away from Linds, (not to mention that dinner with Drea de Matteo the other day) it seems like Lindsay has gotten unbearably clingy and crazy with Samantha, and quite frankly, we're worried about her! I mean, at this point we're thinking it's only a matter of weeks before Lindsay goes the Mischa and Britney route and gets held on a 5150.

A law enforcement official close to the Jackson investigation confirms what was already suspected: His live-in doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, injected the fatal and final dose of the anesthetic propofol which ultimate caused the pop star's cardiac arrest.

The source tells the AP that Murray administered the drug, which Jackson is thought to have routinely used for his insomnia, to the pop star on the last night of his life.

Dr. Conrad Murray is currently being investigated for manslaughter.

The results of the toxicology tests have still yet to be revealed.

So just what WAS Jon Gosselin doing hanging out in the Hamptons this weekend? Wheeling and dealing according to a source for X17online!

It appears as though the reality TV dad is trying to further his fame and land a new television show, chronicling his adventures as a single dad living in the spotlight! Ahh, so maybe that's why he wants us to believe he's single?

Jon has been mingling with all sorts of industry folk in the Hamptons, and a rep for Mike Heller (who's the CEO of a talent management firm, Talent Resources) has confirmed to X17online exclusively that Jon's been meeting with various production companies and attorneys! Heller housed Gosselin & co at his Southampton estate this weekend, and it looks like he facilitated several meetings for his new pal, including one with Endemol honcho Charlie Walk!

We snapped Jon partying it up with Michael Lohan, fiance Erin Muller, Walk and Heller, but what really caught our eye was the sheet of paper that Lohan's lady love is holding up! Above his contact information, Jon scrawled "Divorced Dads Club," and judging by the smiles on everyone's faces, it looks like this might be a pitch that's getting picked up!

Heller's rep tells X17online exclusively:

"Jon Gosselin and Mike [Heller] met for several hours at the Heller home in Southampton and during this time, several production companies came in with various pitches and offers. Several lawyers [also] stopped in to discuss other items. Mike has left the US for St. Tropez to follow up on some conversations Jon had while he was there recently. There are definitely some big things happening."

Ahhh, so it looks like Jon Gosselin wants to continue to pimp himself out for the reality TV cameras, but will he be joined by Michael Lohan?! And would you watch this!?

Katherine's attorney told the Today show that his client is "very close to reaching an agreement" with Jackson's ex wife and the mother of his two eldest children, Debbie Rowe.

“We’ll be making an announcement very soon,” attorney L. Londell McMillan told Matt Lauer. “What’s best for the children is what Michael wanted and what has been happening: Mrs. Jackson to have custody of these children.” In a 2002 will, Jackson made it known that he wanted his mother to have custody of the kids.

"Whatever the agreement will be, [it] will not be based on money," he added, saying the negotiations have been “very thoughtful, very caring."

When asked if he expected the parties to hammer out an agreement in advance of the August 3rd hearing, he said "absolutely."
