Could those divorce rumors really be true? We haven't photographed Avril and hubby Deryck Whibley together in months, but we did snap the Sum 41 frontman with a mystery gal last night at Boa steakhouse!

The mother of two of Michael Jackson's children is apparently okay with the plan to have Rebbie Jackson raise the children.

Spotted as she was leaving the same Beverly Hills medical building where she was once a nurse for Michael's controversial dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein, Rowe was asked what she thought about Rebbie taking over the children's care.

"It seems fair," Rowe said.

According to Jackson family lawyer L. Londell McMillan, final arrangement for the custody of Prince Michael, Paris, and Blanket will be decided "very soon" and a deal is expected to be announced before a custody hearing which is scheduled for August 3rd in Los Angeles.

After her latest bust-up with (we hope) former girlfriend Samantha, Lindsay's been getting herself some much needed therapy - retail therapy that is!

Lauren Conrad's book "LA Candy" could be made into a movie, and the reality TV starlet told Gatecrasher that plans are currently underway to turn her literary gem (insert eye roll here) into a screenplay!

Lauren said, "We're hoping for a movie deal. I'm working on [adapting the book for the movies] right now, but I don't want to commit to anything until I see all my options. We have had a lot of exciting news in that respect, though."

The main character is a young, famehungry ambitious girl who moves to Hollywood, gets her own reality show and ends up working at an events company. As far as casting goes, Lauren admitted that things were more up in the air, but we think Heidi Montag would be perfect for the role!

Hey, we're not the only ones who are skeptical about LC's literary skills - Kristin Cavallari recently said she thought the novel was ghostwritten, to which Lauren responded, "I wrote my book, and I don't really feel the need to defend it. I've been writing forever. I have never written anything professionally before, so this was a big step for me. [Writing] was always my best subject in school, and it's something I've always loved to do.”

Uh huh. This movie has "made for TV" written all over it!

Michael Mina's XIV in Hollywood was def the place to be last night! David and Victoria Beckham, along with Eva Longoria showed up to the posh eatery to help Kate Beckinsale celebrate her 36th birthday, and there was a flashbulb frenzy when the stars left the restaurant!

"The group looked like they were all having fun, and it looked almost like a fashion competition - who had the most beautiful dress, the biggest diamonds. They ate for about an hour and a half and then Eva, Kate, and Len left out the front door and David and Victoria snuck out the back.  The Beckhams were definitely hoping not to be seen."

The same group met up for Victoria’s birthday soiree back in April - looks like this gang still knows how to party!

Farrah Fawcett has reportedly has left her entire $6 million dollar estate to her only son, Redmond O'Neal.

Redmond, 24, is currently in a Los Angeles jail where he is awaiting trial on drug charges. He has had a string of arrests and been in jail several times for drug related offenses.

According to the UK's Daily Mail, the money will be held in a trust and Redmond will be given a monthly allowance. Given his history, this is probably a pretty smart idea!

"Farrah appointed two trustees to make sure the money helps her son sober up rather than giving him the means to destroy himself," a source told the paper. "Redmond's inheritance will be tightly controlled."

According to the terms of Fawcett's will, her longtime companion, Ryan O'Neal will not receive any money from her estate.

Fawcett, 62, died from cancer in Santa Monica on June 25th.

Jon Gosselin's not the only member of the Divorced Dads Club...looks like his new BFF Michael Lohan wants in on the action too, and hey, he's certainly got enough family drama to bring some meaty material to the table!

We already broke the news that Jon was looking to pitch a new reality show called Divorced Dads Club, and since he's been hanging out with daddy Lohan in the Hamptons, it looks like the two famous fathers are cooking up a plan to get their own show together!

In an exclusive statement to X17online, Michael says:

It's quite obvious that because Dina doesn't have her spotlight, she needs to do whatever she can to find her spot. Just because Jon Gosselin and I have been seen in the press. Dina used her old buddy, David Caplan, to try to cast a shadow by once again lying.

This time it's about child support. Even though I pay thousands on our kids expenses. But because the cash is not run through the system, Dina get's creative and manipulates situations to make herself look good. Does she ever talk about the judgements against her or the money she owes? No! The hundreds of thousands to my mom, sister, cousin and brother, he contractor. The public needs to know what divorced dads deal with. How there kids are used as pawns and how they are made to look so bad.

There are too many shows that focus on women when men try to do what's right. suffer, are slandered and get the short end of the stick. I have talked about the tapes and recordings long enough. Now it's time for people to know the truth.
