Last night Megan Fox and on again/off again bf Brian Austin Green were spotted leaving Matsuhisa, and it looks like things are back to normal between the mismatched twosome. Why mismatched, you ask? Well, after the box office success of Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen, and based on her looks, would YOU expect Megan to stay with a guy like Brian? We know she can do better than BAG!

Michael Jackson's family is reportedly so divided over what to do with his remains, that his body is being stored in a crypt belonging to Motown founder Berry Gordy.

According to the NY Post, Jackson's remains were brought to the white marble, above ground crypt owned by the Motown founder at Forest Lawn Cemetery in the Hollywood Hills.

Michael's remains are currently the only ones in the mausoleum which is adorned with a distinctive swooping letter "G."

The family is still reportedly split over weather to bury Michael at Neverland Ranch, near Santa Barbara. Michael's mother Katherine is reportedly opposed to the idea, since Michael vowed never to return to the property after Jackson was accused of molesting children on the property. Jackson's brothers, however, strongly want a public memorial for the former King of Pop to be created at Neverland.

To be able to bury Michael at Neverland, the family would need to get approval from Santa Barbara County as well as a certificate the state Cemetery and Funeral Bureau. Neither of which have reportedly been obtained.

Lindsay Lohan and her 6126 partner Kristi Kaylor are hoping to create some "unforgettable TV and movie content" with a new production company, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The aptly titled Unforgettable Productions plans on weaving digital media into everything they create, and it appears as though their primary focus is television programming. "We're taking a 360-degree approach," Kaylor said. "Lindsay is 23 years old, and she's so plugged in to mobile media." Yeah, no kidding! That girl updates her Twitter more often than she lights up!

Unforgettable are developing several different projects including a TV show called "Faux Real," which is described as "Entourage" for the fashion world. There's also a dating game tentatively called "That's What Friends Are For" and a "docu-cause" TV show the pair will produce in conjunction with a charitable organization. Hmm, based on Lindsay's recent tweets, we're guessing this might have something to do with world hunger...

This sounds really promising and we're rooting for Linds, but will this help get her get back on track? And will any of these projects actually get made? Who knows, but she sure has been busy going to meetings and changing her outfits lately! We snapped her out and about in LA yesterday rocking her favorite black fringed platforms and causing pap chaos, as always...

The investigation into Michael Jackson's death could turn into a criminal case, and authorities may be looking at homicide as a cause of death!

CNN reports that Los Angeles detectives are waiting on the coroner's report on the death of the pop icon, but that the Jackson family is well aware of a "potential criminal prosecution."

The comments came on the same day that LA Police Chief William Bratton said detectives were awaiting the coroner's report to decide whether to proceed with the investigation as a homicide or an accidental overdose. Bratton said detectives have spoken to a number of doctors who have treated Jackson over the years and they are looking into the singer's prescription drug history. Bratton said, "We are still awaiting corroboration from the coroner's office as to cause of death. That is going to be very dependent on the toxicology reports that are due to come back. And based on those, we will have an idea of what it is we are dealing [with]: are we dealing with a homicide or are we dealing with accidental overdose?"

Doctors who did not cooperate with investigators were given subpoenas, and if necessary, authorities will issue more. Bratton added that investigators are being assisted by DEA agents and the state attorney general's office on a case that he called "a comprehensive set of inquiries."

Was Michael's death accidental, or was there something fishy going on? Guess we'll find out in the weeks/months to come!

Yesterday Lindsay Lohan was snapped wearing no less than FOUR different outfits - she left Sam's house in a striped dress, then she changed into a black ensemble when she went shopping, and we later spotted her leaving a Beverly Hills office in a chic grey getup. Finally, when we snapped her going to Sam's house later in the evening, Linds was rocking a pair of knit harem pants and a hoodie.

I know Lindsay is a busy girl (I mean, she's been working SO hard these days), but is four outfits in one day really necessary? Or normal for that matter? Then again, maybe she knows she's going to be photographed so she just wants to give the paps some different looks to work with?

We know he's closer with his mom, but it's nice to see JT hanging out with his dad! Randall Timberlake - a church choir director that's been divorced from Justin's mom for many years - was spotted with his superstar son at the mall in Century City on Wednesday. They look sooo much alike, right? Tallness runs in the family!

We spotted Angelina Jolie with her flight instructor at Burbank Airport on Thursday afternoon. The pair were apparently heading out on a quick flight to Santa Barbara.

Brad rides motorcycles, and Angelina flies her own plane. Wonder if Pax and Maddox will grow up to be daredevils like their parents?
