Poor Pierce Brosnan. He used to be suave and sexy as James Bond, but now he's just playing "dad" roles. That's Hollywood for ya!
The actor plays Rob Pattinson's dad in
Remember Me,
still shooting in New York. (Chris Cooper plays Emilie's dad in the film.) Let's hope they finish filming soon so Rob can reunite with Kristen in LA!

We're hearing rumors that Michael Jackson's body is being taken to Neverland Ranch near Santa Barbara.
While no announcement has been made about burial plans, we do know SOMETHING is going on. The family MUST have something special planned otherwise why would they have waited so long to bury MJ, right? Could it be they've finally gotten the approval to lay him to rest at Neverland?
Another possibility is that Jackson will be cremated and his ashes either stored or spread at Neverland. That would avoid the need to get a permit for burial.
Stay tuned for more details!!!

Good news for Brad Pitt fans - looks like his latest project,
Moneyball may get made after all!
According to
The Hollywood Reporter, Aaron Sorkin has been brought on to do yet another draft of the baseball drama, and he's set to turn in his version as soon as this August.
Brad Pitt remains on board to star in the flick, but Steven Soderbergh will no longer write or direct, and he is no longer involved with the film in any capacity. Soderbergh wrote the most recent version of the screenplay, which is an adaptation of Michael Lewis' book about the Oakland Athletics and their GM Billy Beane, who assembled a rival baseball club despite a payroll much lower than most other teams.
After reviewing Soderbergh's script a few weeks ago, the plug was pulled when EP Amy Pascal and other studio execs deemed a new draft too different from what they had originally signed on for.
How do you think Sorkin's version will fare?

Uh, that's a GOOD thing, people! The 23-year-old actress started off the day in a striped dress, busily running errands around town... and we can't help but notice that she looks (ever so slightly) fuller and healthier. Go Linds!
She was looking
wayyyyy too skinny a couple months ago.

Aw, we heart bromances!
Sports Illustrated writer Grant Wahl has a whole chapter about Tom Cruise's friendship with David Beckham in his new book, "The Beckham Experiment," reports the
NY Daily News. In fact, Tom has consistently influenced David since they first met in 2003.
Aside from taking Tom's advice about representation, PR firms, where to live in LA, whether or not to take a job with the LA Galaxy and what physical therapists to go to - as if that wasn't already enough! - Posh and Becks named their third son Cruz after him.
David told writer Wahl for the book: "I remember turning around to Victoria and saying, 'Cruise is a great name, but we could spell it different.'"
I'm sure Tom is totally flattered...
