Michael Jackson's body will return to Neverland Ranch on Thursday morning for a public viewing on Friday, reports CNN. TMZ reports that a 30 car motorcade will escort the late singer from Los Angeles to his Santa Barbara estate at 10am PST. A private memorial service is scheduled for Sunday, but the location of Michael's final resting place is still unknown.

X17online has learned that OK Magazine paid $500,000 for the last known pic of Jackson, a harrowing photo from inside the ambulance that they're featuring prominently on the cover.

While Jackson is undoubtedly the biggest story of the year (if not the decade!) and it's no surprise he graces the cover of almost every tabloid, most magazines feature photos of Jackson in better times and with his family, while the OK cover is in stark contrast.

With demand high from the fans who want to remember their fallen idol and virtually everyone who wants a peek inside his bizarre life and sudden death is it really so surprising that OK magazine would pay half a mill? And is their choice to display Michael in such a way un-befitting of a man revered by millions?

TMZ is reporting that Michael Jackson never legally adopted his three children, Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II.

Since Michael's most likely not even the biological father of any of the children, this may have some effect on his mother's custody claims. Of course, Debbie Rowe has yet to state whether or not she intends to fight Katherine for custody and Prince Michael II's biological mother still remains a mystery.

He may not be their "legal" parent, but he is still their "presumed" parent, which the judge will most likely take into account.

As you know, Michael Jackson reportedly converted to Islam late last year, and a source close to the family tells X17 may legendary pop singer will have a traditional Muslim burial:

"The family is considering following the Muslim burial traditions because they believe Michael would have wanted to be laid to rest in keeping with his new-found religious beliefs. Michael's brother Jermaine is educating the family as to the special rites because he feels it's important to bury his brother according to the Muslim way."

Jackson had previously expressed interest in joining the Muslim faith years before, but it wasn't until last November that he finally pledged allegiance to the Koran and adopted the name "Mikaeel" (the name of one of Allah’s angels). His older brother Jermaine (who later took the Muslim name Muhammad Abdul-Aziz) has been a Muslim for two decades, and most of Jackson's bodyguards are part of the Nation of Islam.

For a Muslim burial, the body has to be cleaned, but ideally not embalmed, and wrapped in a white sheet, and it must be buried facing Mecca. The Koran also dictates that the body be buried as close to the place of death and as soon after death as possible. There should be no tombstone near the grave.

Though it's not yet clear exactly what funeral arrangements have been made, it appears as though Jackson may make his final appearance in a white horse drawn carriage later this week. While we're not sure if Michael put this request in writing (in his 2002 will or in a later draft), perhaps his handlers and brother Jermaine influenced this decision?

Yesterday, Michael Jackson's parents Joe and Katherine sought control of their son's estate, claiming in court docs that Michael died without a will; however, just a few hours later, a will from 2002 surfaced, and surprisingly, Joe was not named as an heir.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the document divides Jackson's estate between his mother, his three children and at least one charity, but there is no mention of his father.

So was this really the final draft? And why would Jacko leave his dad out?

The R&B songstress was snapped heading into Barneys in NYC yesterday, and she kept it surprisingly simple with a white linen top, denim shorts and flats. A new report claims that not only is Michael Jackson not the biological father of Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II, but neither is the woman who delivered the two eldest, Debbie Rowe.

TMZ says "multiple sources" tell them that a sperm donor was used to fertilize donor eggs and that Debbie was just the surrogate.

Us claims that the sperm donor was none other than Michael's dermatologist (and Debbie's boss), Dr. Arnold Klein. But if Debbie truly was just a surrogate and not the biological mother, it's unclear if the identity of the biological mother is known.

As for "Blanket", the surrogate apparently didn't know whom she was hired by and her identity still remains a mystery.

Apparently there are documents in existence that detail the arrangements of the three births.

Even if it turns out that Debbie Rowe isn't their biological mother, she would still most likely have a claim in court for custody of Prince Michael and Paris because she was still their "birth mother."

It still remains to be seen if she'll challenge Katherine Jackson for custody.
