Mel B has filed for divorce from husband of ten years Stephen Belafonte, multiple outlets report. According to paperwork obtained by People, the couple officially separated on December 28.

Scary Spice has requested joint legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old daughter Madison, but has motioned to deny any form of spousal support.

The British singer and the director married in 2007, but have had a turbulent relationship. There were allegations of cheating, and the pop star was forced to deny he physically abused her in 2014.

It's been a trying start to the year for the America's Got Talent judge, as she also just lost her father Martin to cancer at the beginning of March.

She always seemed too good for him anyways!

Arnold Schwarzenegger isn't passing up the opportunity to slam President Donald Trump after Monday saw the release of the Don's extremely low approval rating. At 37%, Trump's Galliup Poll number is the lowest in the 72 years the rating has been tallied.

Schwarzenegger beef with the Commander in Chief began when his numbers as the host of The Apprentice weren't so hot and the show's producers let the Governator go. Arnie clapped back with a video message to Trump saying they should trade jobs.

This time, Arnie's message to Trump is that he's a bad guy for cutting after-school programs, Meals on Wheels and the like, in his new budget proposal. He tells Trump to visit a local D.C. school where the children will be affected by his cuts -- to get out and see what's going on instead of hiding behind the White House (and Mar-a-Lago) walls.

Ivanka Trump is getting an office in the West Wing and security clearance, along with a government-issued communications device, but she won't be assuming an official role or position, her attorney Jamie Gorelick confirmed to the AP on Monday. She will adhere to the ethics rules for government employees as well, but she won't be collecting a paycheck.

"Having an adult child of the president who is actively engaged in the work of the administration is new ground. Our view is that the conservative approach is for Ivanka to voluntarily comply with the rules that would apply if she were a government employee, even though she is not. The White House Counsel’s Office agrees with that approach," Gorelick said.

The 35-year-old businesswoman separated herself from her fashion brand in November, in order to be more actively involved in her father's administration. She's already met with Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe, Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau, and German chancellor Angela Merkel since her POTUS dad took office.

Seems like she's being groomed for a life in politics!

His new ink adds to the 50+ other tats on his hot bod, and while most are religious in nature, some just make no sense. Have you seen the one on his arm that looks exactly like Selena Gomez? Bet he regrets getting that one!

In other JB news, the "Sorry" crooner is currently in New Zealand for his tour, and he posted a bizarre video of himself dancing with some random old lady to Jay-Z's "N***as In Paris" in a bar... shirtless of course! Is it bad that we're insanely jealous of this granny?!

Kate Hudson was spotted kissing a man in Pacific Palisades over the weekend, and when we went back and looked, we realized we caught them on their first date at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica last month. Her new boyfriend's name is Danny Fujikawa, and he was formerly a guitarist in a band called Chief. He also founded a record label called Lightwave Records. She's certainly got a think for music men!

The actress has been linked to countless hunks in recent months, but it seems this guy won out! First, rumors swirled that she was secretly hooking up with newly single Brad Pitt, then tongues started wagging after she was spotted flirting up a storm with Katy Perry's ex Diplo at the Vanity Fair Oscars party.

We'll see how long this lasts!

Kim Kardashian relived her Paris robbery on last night's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and we finally have a better understanding of what happened that fateful evening. The most shocking revelation? She thought she was going to be sexually assaulted by her robbers!

"He grabbed my legs — I had no clothes on under there — and he pulled me towards him at the front of the bed and I thought, ‘Okay, this is the moment he’s going to rape me.’ I fully mentally prepped myself and he didn’t. He duct taped my legs together and then they had the gun up to me, I knew that was the moment they were totally going to shoot me in the head," she said in the confessional.

So what about the moment she realized what was going on?

"I'm calling to them [her sister and assistant], like, "Hello? Hello?" And there's no answer. And then at that moment when there wasn't an answer, my heart started to get really tense. Like, you know [when] your stomach just kind of knots up and you're like, "OK, what's going on?" I knew something wasn't quite right. [I saw] two guys holding another guy down, in police uniforms, right outside of my bedroom, five feet away... The guy came in and grabbed the phone from me, threw me on the bed, and I was like, 'This is it.' I couldn’t understand them, they couldn't understand me. What I've heard from talking to [the concierge] afterwards is they said, "Where is the rapper's wife? Let us up to her room,'" she recounted.

As for how she thinks she became the target of the crime?

"I was Snapchatting, you know, that I was home and that everyone was going out. So I think they knew Pascal was out with Kourtney and that I was there by myself. They had to have known we were leaving that day. They had this window of opportunity and just went for it," she explained.

When Kimmy K was pondering her potential last moments, she worried her sister would find her lifeless when she returned from the club.

"They're just totally gonna shoot me in the head. I just prayed that Kourtney's gonna have a normal life after she sees my dead body on the bed," she cried.

It might have been traumatic, but it's great for ratings!

Perhaps she could ask Yolanda for some advice, if she hadn't burnt her bridges with the Dutch beauty last season.

The former TV star seems desperate to stay in the limelight, which is probably why she was such a pot stirrer on this season of her Bravo show. It all gets thrown back in her face on the upcoming reunion though, according to Andy Cohen.

"Flashbacks are not Lisa Rinna's friend this season, unfortunately. But you know, when you are a celebrity that speaks to an audience, you may not be able to avoid situations in which what you said could come back to haunt you," he explained in a recent interview.

Who knew she was such a water baby?!

North West hit the beach in Malibu with her nanny over the weekend, and the toddler got a mouth full of the Pacific when a giant wave knocked her down. The 4-year-old didn't suit up for her beach day, opting to wear her pink sweatshirt and jean cutoffs in the surf instead. We can't see her mom Kim Kardashian daring to get her hair wet, or even go in the ocean for that matter.

On last night's Keeping Up with the Kardashians, we watched as the reality star tried to hide her Paris robbery from her children as she returned to New York. " I don't want to cry in front of the kids. Or let them think anything's wrong," she tells Kanye in the elevator on their way up to their apartment. "OK, yeah, we won't talk about it in front of the kids," he agrees. "I think it might scare them if they start seeing more security," she adds.

Yeezy then proclaimed that if things had gone differently for the mother of his children, the suspects wouldn't have lived to tell about it. "If anything had really happened to you, I wouldn't have stopped until they were dead," 'Ye fumed.

Obviously, Northie was accompanied by a bodyguard as she splashed around seaside!
