The NY Post reports that when Britney Spears did a recent Elle magazine shoot, she yet again made a huge mess on set. A source for the Post says, "They dressed her in all these beautiful couture clothes - and, well, let's just say she forgot what time of the month it was. It wasn't pretty."

If you remember correctly, Spears has been notorious for ruining clothes at photo shoots...last year at when the she did a shoot for OK! magazine, her dog allegedly pooped on one dress, while the pop princess wiped her greasy, fried chicken stained hands on another.

Way to go, Brit....

Though Farrah's Story made us cry, we applaud the actress for sharing her cancer struggle with the public, and we hope that she continues to do so, and it looks like Ryan O'Neal does too!

When asked whether or not there might be a sequel to Farrah's Story, Ryan told X17online exclusively,"I hope so. We have the footage. And we're still shooting." He said Farrah was doing well, and that he just saw his son and that he was also fine. Aww, we hope the family really is doing well, and we continue to keep Farrah in our thoughts.
