When wearing a pair of strappy sandals, walking over a vent on the sidewalk can be a major pain in the butt - thankfully her bodyguard was there to help her out!

...and such a shame that Heidi Montag had all that plastic surgery on her face and boobs! Heidi may be higher on our favorites list than say, Lauren Conrad, but we've always kinda wished she hadn't gone under the knife. Think she'd be this rich and famous if she had kept her look natural?

Yesterday Lindsay Lohan was snapped leaving Samantha's house, and she took the opportunity to remind us that she's much skinnier than we are. Of course, we'd like to remind her that she can feel free to use some of that Sevin Nyne bronzer on her washboard abs too...
