Justin Bieber sported a pink Drew hoodie as he kept a low profile yesterday during a romantic lunch outing in Beverly Hills with wife Hailey Baldwin. One thing we love about this pair is that they're not afraid to go out and enjoy life -- despite Bieber being the most famous pop star on the planet, he doesn't lock himself up indoors and let public attention scare him ... he gets out there and lives life, despite that sometimes annoying things that go along with being so famous. Like paps ... and fans ... and just unwanted attention in general.

Hailey doesn't let fame stop her either -- hey, she's got a model's physique to maintain and that's not gonna happen by sitting at home on the couch! So Mrs. Bieber headed to Pilates class this weekend, sporting sexy Nike workout pants and a matching sports bra. The 23-year-old model yanked off her hoodie to show her impressively-ripped frame following her morning sweat session.

Earlier, Justin stopped by a clinic for his IV treatment. Bieber admitted recently he's suffered from depression and anxiety in the past and has been taking antibiotics and vitamins intravenously in order to combat his symptoms including headaches and fever. Get well soon, J!
