Like paps ... and fans ... and just unwanted attention in general.

Hailey doesn't let fame stop her either -- hey, she's got a model's physique to maintain and that's not gonna happen by sitting at home on the couch! So Mrs. Bieber headed to Pilates class this weekend, sporting sexy Nike workout pants and a matching sports bra.
