One afternoon, Fergie called up her pal Lady GaGa and asked if she could borrow her very best pair of Star Trek-inspired shades. After dropping by GaGa's pad, Fergie headed home and spent a few hours looking at herself in the mirror, marveling at her ridiculous new sunglasses.

"But what should I do today?" mused Fergie. "I've already gone to the gym, gotten my hair done and spent $3,000 on bootcut tie dye pants...I should do something different...something no one will expect...I should go to the zoo!"

So off she went, to the local zoo where she saw all sorts of critters and mingled with the staff and visitors. Unfortunately, no one informed the singer that one of the big cats had escaped from its cage, so just as Fergie was rounding the corner to check out the fabulous giraffe exhibit, she was attacked by a snarling tiger. After deciding that Fergie was not an ideal dinner candidate, the tiger scampered off, leaving the singer with a pair of shredded pants, her futuristic shades, and a bruised ego.

We snapped Fergie returning to her Hollywood home shortly after the incident. Reps for the tiger were not available for comment.

Like Stephanie Pratt before her, Nicky Hilton was sooooo excited to visit Yogen Fruz in the BH that she actually smiled! Rare, I know. Fro-yo just has that effect on people!

Even though sources have been claiming that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are dunzo, Nick's rep has issued a statement exclusively to X17online telling us that the split rumors "are simply not true," and that the couple is "doing very well."

Yesterday afternoon the duo got lunch at Stanley's in Los Angeles, and as they made their way into the restaurant, Vanessa not so subtly linked arms with Nick, just in time for photogs to get a shot. Jayde Nicole joined her beau Brody at Les Deux last night and, natch, tweeted about it: "Omg!! Les deux is crazy!! Too bad Audrina didn't show up to this Hills party.... Haha I wonder why??"

Even though the NY Post is reporting that Lindsay Lohan was recently spotted getting cozy with British paparazzo Chris Jepson (and in a BATHROOM at a Hollywood Hills house party), it looks like there was a huuuuge misunderstanding.

You see, Chris isn't exactly into the ladies. After a little googling (and a trip to his official MySpace page), we learned that 41-year-old Chris is gay, "in a relationship," and after looking at some of the racy photos on his website, it's pretty safe to say that his "relationship" with Lilo is strictly platonic. Sooo...we're not sure what went down in that bathroom, but Linds and Chris definitely weren't making out!

Additionally, Lindsay told X17 photogs exclusively the other day that she wishes she and Sam "would get back together," and we know the girls miss each other, so we're still hoping for a Lilo/Sam reconcilliation.
