Paris looked adorable in a strapless, bejeweled cocktail dress when she and her picture-perfect beau attended an event at the Sportsmen's Lodge.

After that, it was dinner at Madeo, where Paris refused to comment on Lindsay and Sam's breakup! After all, her relationship is going so well, why would she want to talk about the downfall of someone else's?

Chris Brown is set to appear in a Los Angeles courtroom later this afternoon to enter a plea to charges that he beat up and threatened Rihanna in an altercation in Chris' rented Lamborghini.

While multiple sources report that Brown and his attorneys have been feverishly working to come up with a plea deal that would keep the 19-year-old out of jail, so far, no deal has been reached according to the District Attorney's office.

Rihanna, whose attorney's have claimed will cooperate with the prosecution, is in Barbados. She has reportedly said she would like the matter resolved quickly.

Brown is set to be in court at 3 p.m. Eastern Time this afternoon.

Miley talked to Teen Vogue about seemingly everything from how she's "nuts", how she "doesn't believe in love at first sight", and, that she's unlike most 16-year-old girls everywhere in that she's not wild for RPattz.

"Girls aren't really in love with Rob; they're in love with Edward," she told the mag. Our readers seem to disagree, but she's entitled to her opinion, right?

Although she may not be such a fan of Rob, she's definitely a fan of boyfriend Justin, although when she first saw him, "I walked right by him. Love doesn't come from attraction, but from somewhere deeper," said the girl with the underwear model boyfriend. The two are apparently even writing music together (gag)!

But what about writing something with one of her BFFs, Taylor Swift or Demi Lovato? Don't count on it, "I like to keep my friendship separate," said Miley. Perhaps she should apply that to her relationship, too!

As if Lindsay doesn't have enough problems, she and Dina got pulled over by the police yesterday for speeding! Dina was stopped for doing 65 in a 35 mph zone on Sunset in her Bentley, on her way to Malibu. Lindsay can be seen crouching down (in embarrassment?) in the front seat as Dina talks with the police officer.

Hi, where did Dina get a Bentley?
