Miley Cyrus and her ex Nick Jonas (as well as brothers Joe and Kevin) are teaming up for a new song being described as a "Disney 'We Are The World.'"
The song is called "Pass It On." It's about kindness and passing that kindness on to others, and will feature other Disney tween-stars as well. Cute right???
The group will be together next week to record the song and shoot the video a couple of days later.
So will there be any tension in the recording studio??? Apparently not, if you believe Miss Miley.
"Everyone thinks that me and the Jonas Brothers have this big feud going on, and me and Nick are really close friends now," Miley told E! News. "We talk all the time and he's one of my best friends."
Wonder if Taylor Swift will feel the same way about seeing Joe???

A barely-showing-but-glowing Nicole Richie and her baby daddy Joel hit the grand opening of the new Esprit store in Santa Monica.
Trendsetting Nicole isn't exactly the type of celeb Esprit might cater to, but the French company has agreed to donate 10% of its' proceeds from the store to the Richie-Madden children's foundation! That is extreeemely generous, so everyone in LA go out and buy yourself some Esprit like it's 1985!

Half of young Hollywood (you know, the half that Miley's speaking to) came out for the premiere of the new Hannah Montana Movie, and we gotta admit, Miley, in a teal fringed dress, black leather jacket and black boots is starting to look every inch the sophisticated movie star!
Her whole fam came out for the premiere...but where's Justin? Does Disney have some deal with her where she's not allowed to pose with her much older bf on the red carpet?

Before Lily took to the stage at the Wiltern last night, X17 snapped some Xclusive photos of the girls taking a drink and a smoke break! Well, Lily drank and smoke, looks like Lilo just kept her company. But where was Sam?
Then later, Lindsay joined her friend Lily onstage at her show at the Wiltern for a cover of Britney's Womanizer. I loooove Brit's version, but the Brit does it justice! Lindsay seemed to take Lily a bit by surprise, coming out for the chorus and dancing around a bit before returning backstage (check it out at about the 3:40 mark):
After the show, in which Lily downed several drinks onstage in addition to backstage, X17 photogs caught her passed out in the back of her car while hotel hopping from the Chateau to the Standard to the London. I guess all that hopping around onstage with Lindsay really took it out of her, huh?

Rihanna was hoping for a calm dinner out at Da Silvano last night in NYC and when a couple photographers showed up, it put her driver in a seriously bad mood ...
An X17 photographer tells X17online:
"When they left the restaurant around 9:45, the driver was going crazy ... He was burning every red light - about 30 of them! Finally he ended up crashing into a taxi because he was driving so dangerously."
There were no police on the scene, no injuries.
Rihanna was picked up by another chauffeured car (hopefully with a safer driver!) and she headed back to her hotel. Apparently she wasn't too shaken up by the evening's events because she went out again to the movies to see Madea Goes to Jail.
Our photographer tells X17online:
"Rihanna didn't seem to be too worried about the accident. She had to wait a while inside the car before a second limo came to pick her up but when she got into the other car, she looked fine. She just moved quickly so the paps wouldn't get a shot of her and then that car sped away."

So this totally makes sense...
Zac Efron says he doesn't want to be typecast and that's why he decided to drop out of the planned remake of Footloose.
"I'm sure Footloose would have been a huge challenge," Efron tells EW.com, "but the actors that I love and the actors that work really hard in this industry are always shaking things up, trying new genres, acquiring new skill sets. That's what's always going to appeal to me: the unknown."
As we told you last week, instead Zac has agreed to re-team with 17 Again director Burr Stears to star in The Death & Life of Charlie St. Cloud, which is a super-natural coming of age/romance story.
