Oh no! Our favorite Josh (sorry Duhamel) checked into Cedars Sinai Medical Center late last night, complaining of stomach pains. His publicist Susan Patricola confirmed the news and released the following statement to X17online:

"Josh Hartnett walked into an ambulance at approximately 1:45 am this morning suffering from a flare-up of a gastro-intestinal problem that plagued him while he was [staying] in the west end of London during the production of “Rain Man.” He is under observation but is resting comfortably."

X17 photogs on the scene tell us that even though Josh walked onto the ambulance (that's him on the right side of the pic), he looked quite under the weather.

And who is that girl with him? She looks kinda Kirsten Dunst-y...did those two bring their Sundance romance to LA? Or is this a new ladyfriend? Either way, we hope this hottie gets better!

In the new Vanity Fair, Gisele reveals that finding out Tom Brady's ex was pregnant two and a half months after they started dating was "definitely a surprise for both of us.”



Even thought at the time, Gisele admits, it "wasn't the ideal situation," she couldn't be happier now.

“When we are in L.A. we have Johnny 50 percent of the time,” Gisele says. “He’s a little angel—the sweetest, most cuddly, loving baby. I feel blessed to have him in my life.”

But Gisele says she's never met Johnny's mother, Bridget Moynahan!!!

“I understand that he has a mom, and I respect that, but to me it’s not like because somebody else delivered him, that’s not my child. I feel it is, 100 percent,” Gisele says. “I want him to have a great relationship with his mom, because that’s important, but I love him the same way as if he were mine. I already feel like he’s my son, from the first day.”

Wonder what Bridget Moynahan thinks about that???

We know Ali looks to Lindsay for career advice and fashion tips (little Lohan frequently wears leggings, boots and tunics), but did she steal something from Sam's closet too? Sure, this hat could be Lindsay's, but it looks like something Lindsay grabbed from Sam's hat rack! Maybe Ali is still trying to find her style?

Anyway, the girls (and Patrick) went shopping at The Grove over the weekend, and it looks like a little retail therapy was all Linds needed to cheer up. We wish we could go blow thousands of dollars on clothes to cure a case of the blues!

Given the skinny little legs and the wacky outfit, I'm going to go ahead and guess this is Mary-Kate...but she did such a good job disguising herself, I can't be sure. Not fair!

Madonna won't know until Friday whether or not she's been given the go-ahead to adopt four-year-old Chifundo "Mercy" James, according to the AP.

Madonna appeared in court today, staying for about an hour. There's been some concern from Malawian officials that Madonna's current lifestyle isn't the best environment for a young child, something the court will apparently take into consideration before making their decision.

Will they be "Mercy"-ful? Or will they deny her a sister for little David?

This time, thankfully, it was just to her car!

RiRi was dining at Giorgio Baldi in the 'Bu when her bodyguard smashed her Mercedes into a photog's car!

No one was hurt (it was just a little fender-bender) but cops were called to the scene.

I guess it's been forever since we've seen Gwynnie's youngest because he no longer looks like a baby and is now a little boy! A little boy with very shaggy hair (and not in a rocker-y Ryder Robinson way).

The Queen of Goop took a break from her pretentious lifestyle blogging to take the kids out to Santa Monica, wearing distressed jeans (loves) and a see thru top (hates). Ok, it's not that terrible, actually, but the fact that she wore it out for a day with the kids may make it just a tad inapprops!
