Kanye is now facing misdemeanor charges of battery, grand theft and vandalism for a run-in with a pap at LAX, last September.

A videotape of the incident shows the rapper smashing a photog's camera flash and a friend of his breaking the camera itself.

If convicted, West could spend up to two and a half years in jail.

West's lawyer, Blair Berk, declined to comment on the charges being filed.

We were the first to report that Milo Ventimiglia and the 22-year-old actress were spotted getting their flirt on, and after seeing these pics of Emmy, it's no wonder the two hit it off!

An X17 spy witnessed Milo and Emmy's recent lunch date at Craft in Century City, and they told X17online exclusively:

“Emmy and Milo looked like great friends...and then some. They had a wonderful time chatting over lunch; they stayed for more than an hour. It seemed like the beginning of a friendship that could easily blossom into something more."

Exhibit B - We got this slightly strange email in our inbox this morning supposedly "tipping us off" to a clip of the Lifetime movie on an official Lifetime YouTube page -- hmmm ... And the URL in the email address - www.yougotgossip.com - is totally bogus.



Publicists for Lifetime haven't yet returned our call about this mysterious email ...
