And she's trying her best to keep it all a secret.

Kim Kardashian has been diagnosed with a serious medical illness, and she has been trying to hide it from her friends and fans, Radar reports. The outlet claims that whatever it is, it's worse than her Paris robbery and Kanye's mental breakdown.

"About three weeks ago, Kim received bad medical news. Kanye has been stressed about the diagnosis and that was part of what is to blame for his demise," the source dished. "Kim’s friends have heard she was diagnosed with a major illness, and is not going to be OK. Her friends are worried and trying to find out what’s going on,” another source added.

"That’s part of why Kanye flipped out. The family isn’t telling anyone yet. After the robbery, Kim went to see all sorts of specialists. She got a diagnosis and has started taking medication. She’s following her doctor’s orders and is working through it, but a lot of people around her are scared," the insider revealed.

If it was something as simple as PTSD or another mental illness we don't think the source would say she is "not going to be OK," so what could it be? Your guess is as good as ours, but we hope Kimmy K's life isn't in danger.

In a sad turn of events, former One Direction member Louis Tomlinson's mom, Johannah Deakin, died on Wednesday, following a battle with leukemia. The pop star's mother was 42 years old and left behind seven children. Of course, the news comes as a shock to all -- and the Internet is pouring out with support.

Tomlinson had not gone public with her short and deadly illness, nor has he released a statement on the loss since the news hit. However, Deakin's husband, Dan Deakin, released a statement, saying. "Earlier this year, Johannah was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of leukemia that required immediate and continuous treatment. We respectfully request that the family are given time and space to grieve in private."

The widow continued, "Incredibly selfless, she would always look to put other people before herself ... She desired nothing more than for everyone around her to be happy and loving. She worked tirelessly on numerous charity campaigns, creating memories for many individuals and their families."

Simon Cowell, who discovered Tomlinson during season seven of The X Factor UK back in 2010, offered his condolences via social media, as did ex 1D member Zayn Malik.

Kourtney Kardashian got all decked out in leather pants and a velvet top for dinner with a female friend at Delilah in West Hollywood last night, and she caught us off guard by doing something she never does... smile! The reality star must be in a good mood lately now that she's basically full-on back together with Scott Disick, and we don't blame her. The Lord is a bona fide hottie!

The mother-of-three was peppered with questions about whether Kim and Kanye were going to divorce as she made her way out of the restaurant, but she decided to stay mum. Probably best, since all signs point to that outcome. Our photographer also asked her about that nasty trademark spat between the K sisters and Blac Chyna, and that's when she flashed us her little grin.

The family's attorney filed to block the video vixen's use of the name Angela Renee Kardashian, but now they're backpedaling and claiming it was all a big misunderstanding and comes down to basic legal procedure. TMZ reports that the issue was "a simple mix up" and they were not "trying to single her out."

"Chyna filing and using their last name takes some time and discussion. They are hoping to resolve it amicably, the girls, because they do love Chyna. The girls are just protecting their interests because that is their brand. It’s a complicated business issue," a source explained to Us Weekly.

There's no shortage of drama, that's for sure!

The Internet is losing its mind over Zayn Malik and Taylor Swift new duet, “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever,” which T-Swizz tweeted out last night.

The Grammy gal and the the former One Direction surprised fans on Thursday night when they revealed their collab for the soundtrack for Fifty Shades Darker. Zayn also took to social media to promote the pairing, posting a snap of the twosome on Instagram, along with the blonde's beloved cat Olivia.

Soon after Tay teased the tun to the masses, the song hit iTunes and quickly rose to the No. 1 spot. It's already a hit! The song was penned by Swift, Sam Dew and fun.'s Jack Antonoff.

it’s no surprise that the sexy tune was an instant hit -- Zayn's as sexy as it gets, and Taylor hasn't released new music since her 2014 album, 1989, so fans can't wait to get their ears on anything she puts out.

So let's recap first, shall we? After having a nervous breakdown and spending over a week in rehab, Kanye West got out of the UCLA Medical Center and received outpatient treatment at Kendall Jenner's former Los Angeles apartment. Then he went home to the Bel Air mansion he shares with Kim, but on Wednesday night, he abruptly left the family pad, and the next time we spotted him...he was at an art show? Yup.

Yeezy was spotted at “Rick Owens: Furniture” art installation at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, and while the blonde hair isn't quite what we were expecting, he seemed happy, calm and interested in what was going on around him. This is his first public appearance since his nervous breakdown on Nov. 21, and the pic was snapped by Italian artist Giovanni Bassan who simply wrote, “K’s in da house.”

No word on where he went after this, but we're wondering if he's going home to Kim tonight -- or if he's been kicked to the curb.

North West and cousin Penelope Disick hung out in Malibu on Thursday, and the girls were joined by their nannies -- not their famous parents. Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick were probably either busy loving it up or starting a fight, and we're not sure WHAT Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were up to. But clearly there was something going on, because why else would Nori leave the home without them?

After returning home to Kim and the kids earlier this week, Kanye left the family's Bel Air middle of the night on Wednesday, surrounded by security in an SUV. A source told X17online exclusively, "Kanye's got to fix himself. He went away to give Kim some space but he's hoping to save his marriage. At this point, Kim is tired of dealing with his issues and he doesn't want Kanye around the kids." There have been rumblings that she wants a divorce, but it also seems like they're doing as much as possible to figure things out. Then again, if Kanye peaced out last night, who knows!

Kanye was spotted out later in the day, but it's not clear where he's currently staying...

Those Kardashians love a good raunchy photo shoot!

Khloe Kardashian really sexed it up when she showed off her thighs and some serious side boob for a raunchy photo session with German GQ. The photos showcase the reality star's fit form in series of skimpy bodysuits, cut-off tops and cut-out pants -- and all of it atop a classic Pontiac Firebird.

The 32-year-old Instagramed the lusty photos, along with the caption that thanked her glam squad. She wrote, "I can't thank you enough for believing in me at times more than I believe in myself! @joycebonelli and @justinemarjan you two are my sanity (strangely enough!) it takes a village guys! I am forever thankful to my beauty village!!"

We know what Khloe used to look like, so we know it takes more than a village -- it takes an army!

Her glam patrol has certainly made her into a new person who is ready for love. On, Wednesday, Khloe was spotted jetting out of LAX on her way to meet up with her NBA star boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, amid talk that their relationship was affecting his performance on the court.

From that point forward, we were together," she recalled.
