Brad Pitt just got majorly denied!

The superstar requested an emergency hearing to seal his and Angelina Jolie’s custody battle from the public, but a judge rejected Brad’s request on Wednesday morning.

Brad has requested an emergency hearing because he wanted to lock down proceedings related to the A-list couple’s custody war over their six children — however, the judge shot him down quickly, reports TMZ.

Apparently Brad’s legal team has been irate ever since Angelina filed the couple’s temporary custody arrangement in court last week, which made it public to all.

The site reports that their sources say that Angelina file the docs in court so that the judge could enforce her terms, namely letting a therapist make the call on when Brad could have unmonitored visits.

Brad was cleared by DCFS and wants to have solo time with his kids — but it appears as if the dark beauty is doing everything in her power to stop that.

The site also claims that the Oscar winner wants the case to remain private, but only if Brad sticks to the custody arrangement they both signed off on months ago.

The Nocturnal Animals director added, "I think there’s a psyche that happens because of it that makes you understand and appreciate what women go through their whole life, because it’s not just sexual, it’s a complete setup of the way the world works, that one sex has the ability to literally—and is expected to and is wanted to—but also there’s an invasion."

He added, "And I think that that’s something most men do not understand at all."

Kourtney Kardashian learned the hard way that she probably shouldn't put her son Reign's hair in a ponytail, after fans began to mistake the little one for his older sister Penelope! The reality star posted an Instagram of herself carrying the toddler through a winter wonderland, and commenters began to remark on how cute her "daughter" was.

The mother-of-three and her partner Scott Disick are back together and seem happier than ever. The Lord has moved back into the Calabasas family mansion, and is being a more hands-on father than we've ever seen him be. LD shared a photo of himself sledding with his children on social media the same day Kourt posted hers, so they were definitely in each other's company on the outing.

"Open letters" are the new closed letters!

Lady Gaga got in line with the open letter trend and penned a personal note to her fans about having PTSD and and how it affects her every day.

The 30-year-old posted the letter on her Born This Way Foundation website on Tuesday, and wrote about how she's "wrestled" with her diagnosis.

The Grammy winner wrote, "It is a daily effort for me, even during this album cycle, to regulate my nervous system so that I don’t panic over circumstances that to many would seem like normal life situations. Examples are leaving the house or being touched by strangers who simply want to share their enthusiasm for my music."

The blonde went on, "I also experience something called dissociation, which means that my mind doesn’t want to relive the pain, so I look off and I stare in a glazed-over state ... My body is in one place and my mind in another. It’s like the panic accelerator in my mind gets stuck, and I am paralyzed with fear."

Gaga says she deals with PTSD by going to psychotherapy and takes medication prescribed by a psychiatrist. The big-voiced singer also says that she hopes that by talking about her own struggles that it will help others.

"I am a strong and powerful woman who is aware of the love I have around me from my team, my family and friends, my doctors and from my incredible fans who I know will never give up on me. I will never give up on my dreams of art and music. I am continuing to learn how to transcend this because I know I can. If you relate to what I am sharing, please know that you can too. I believe that the most inexpensive and perhaps the best medicine in the world is words. Kind words … positive words … words that help people who feel ashamed of an invisible illness to overcome their shame and feel free."

A new report claims Kim Kardashian "wants a divorce" from Kanye West and is secretly planning her next move to get out of the marriage. "It will take some time before she can do anything, but she doesn’t want to stay married," the source claims.

The mother-of-two is also plotting to get custody of the kids following the rapper's mental breakdown, but she's playing along by being a seemingly supportive wife in the meantime. Nevertheless, the brunette bombshell sounds like she has been looking for a way out for some time now.

"She cares about Kanye and feels relieved he’s getting the help he needs, but she’s felt trapped for a while," the source added.

President-elect Donald Trump is the person of the year, according to Time magazine. The well-respected publication named the controversial figure on NBC’s Today show on Wednesday morning.

Time managing editor Nancy Gibbs said said 2016 “may have been one of the more straightforward years” in terms of selecting a person of the year.

Gibbs went on to say, “When have we ever seen a single individual who has so defied expectations, broken the rules, violated norms, beaten not one but two political parties on the way to winning an election that he entered with 100-1 odds against him.”

The magazine went with Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, who won the country’s popular vote, as its runner-up person of the year. Hackers, as a group, came in third after cyberattacks affected the election.

Despite his dissing of Time in the past, Trump told NBC that winning the 2016 person of the year award was "a tremendous honor."

To those who are outraged by the choice, Gibbs reminded people that, “The person of the year, as we always remind people, is the person who has had the greatest influence on events, for better or for worse.”

The editor added, “The fascinating thing this year is, I’ve never seen so much agreement over who had the most influence or the most disagreement over whether it was for better or for worse.”
