It's a holiday homecoming fit for a king!

On Thursday preparations were underway at Casa de Kimye in Bel Air, and not only did we see a truckload of Vitamin water delivered to the home Kim Kardashian and Kanye West share, but there was a massive Christmas tree being unloaded at the mansion. It was so big it took NINE people to get it in the front door. Dayum!

As X17online reported exclusively yesterday, Kanye may have been released from the hospital following his mental breakdown, but he's currently receiving outpatient treatment from a team of doctors at a rented private residence. He'll be returning to the Bel Air mansion he shares with Kim and their kids next week.

"Kanye wanted to just come back home after he left the hospital, but both Kim and his doctors thought it was best for him to stay at an alternate location," our source tells X17online exclusively. "His doctors wanted him to be focused solely on his recovery, which couldn't be done in a house full of people and staffers. Kim wanted to shield the kids from finding out that anything was wrong with their dad. Saint is obviously too young to grasp what's going on, but North isn't."

Sounds like everything will get back to normal once Yeezy gets some quality healing time. Here's to hoping everything goes well for the rapper!

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher welcomed their second child, a son, a rep for the couple confirmed to People. No word yet on the tiny tot's name, but he was born on Wednesday, Nov. 30.

The couple, who already have a daughter, Wyatt Isabelle, 2, confirmed the news of their second pregnancy back in June, and in October, Kutcher revealed that they were expecting a son. “She points to Mila and she’s like, ‘Baby brother!’ when she points to the belly,” he told Today. In July 2015 they got married in a quiet ceremony after several years together.

The proud parents have been a bit private over the years, but sometimes they speak their minds about parenting. Last August Kunis joked, “The one topic of conversation we had even prior to ever having kids was always, ‘How do you raise a child to not be an assh*le?’" she said. “It’s a matter of teaching them from a very early age that, you know, ‘Mommy and Daddy may have a dollar, but you’re poor.’"

'Ye isn't back at the family pad, contrary to reports.

Kanye West is currently receiving outpatient treatment from a team of doctors at a rented private residence, NOT at the Bel Air mansion he shares with Kim and their kids, X17online can report exclusively. We were the first to break the news that he was released from the hospital late Tuesday night, but we never said he was headed back to his house because we were waiting on more information... and now we have it.

Yeezy has hired a medical staff to oversee his recovery during his stay at the rental, and his plan is to return to his own crib late next week.

Our source tells us:

During a Q&A with Thrive Global on Wednesday, Selena Gomez discussed her three months away from the lime light -- and said during that time she went without her cell phone for a whopping 90 days. Wow!

In the Q&A, Selena was asked about her cell phone and she said: “I recently took 90 days off."

She added, “During that time I did not have my cellphone. It was the most refreshing, calming, rejuvenating feeling. Now I rarely pick up my phone, and only limited people have access to me.”

In response to a question about when she last felt burned out, she said, “Three months ago, before I took a hiatus to take care of myself.” 

In August, The 24-year-old announced that she was taking time off to deal with “anxiety, panic attacks and depression." At the time, the hit maker released a statement that said, “I want to be proactive and focus on maintaining my health and happiness and have decided that the best way forward is to take some time off."

Justin Bieber's ex really did make some major changes -- she shipped herself off to a religious-based Tennessee treatment facility and got some serious help. And it looks like it really did help!

In the Thrive Global interview, the singer, who stole the show at the AMAs with her raw acceptance speech, said “staying healthy (mentally, physically, emotionally) and learning new things” gives her energy.

She also says that does a lot of self care which involves “self-affirmations in cooking or napping!” 

The inspiration singer also shared a quote that gives her strength in tough times: “You are not what happened to you; you are what you chose to become after what happened.”

Amazingly enough, one of the things that has recently happened to her -- other than winning an AMA for Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist last month -- is that she became the most popular celebrity on Instagram with 103 million followers. Her bestie Taylor Swift is trailing behind her with 93 million.

Did they really think Yeezy could turn dangerous? It sounds that way!

TMZ obtained audio of the 911 call made by Kanye's doctors during his mental breakdown last Monday, and it seems like the rapper was acting so erratically that people around him were worried he could either harm them or himself.

"Don't let him get any weapons or anything like that," the dispatcher warns at one point during the conversation.

X17 was the first to report that 'Ye had been released from the hospital late Tuesday night, and sources tell us he will continue to receive follow-up outpatient care.

The Lord cares about his looks!

Scott Disick spent over two hours beautifying at Epione skin care clinic in Beverly Hills yesterday, and if the place sounds familiar, it's because Kim and the rest of the Kardashians are regulars at the joint. Perhaps he was having a rejuvenating facial? We doubt he's indulging in fillers, but we guess anything's possible!

LD used to be the black sheep of the K clan, but lately he's the best of the bunch! Kanye, on the other hand, has some work to do to win his way back into their good graces. The rapper is out of the hospital - which X17 was the first to report by the way! - but it sounds like he has a ways to go before he's back to his old self.

"Kanye came home for several reasons. Saint and North being one. Kanye is feeling better but is seeking outpatient support and help," a source dished to E! News.

We're happy to see that at least Kourt's main man is doing so well!

Prince Harry and Rihanna met during the royal's visit to her native Barbados yesterday, and the pair brought attention to a very important cause by taking an HIV test together to highlight World AIDS Day. "You made it seem like it hurts. It's not as painful as you said this morning," the singer joked with the British hunk. FYI, they both came back negative for the disease!

Too bad the heir to the throne isn't single anymore, because these two would make a mighty cute couple! Although, the Bajan beauty looks a lot like his girlfriend Meghan Markle. The ginger stud and the Suits actress are rumored to be on the brink of an engagement, so perhaps he could tap Bad Gal RiRi to sing at his nuptials?
