Justin Bieber is back from London, and on Wednesday he went shopping at Supreme skate shop in Hollywood. The pop superstar sported an ascot cap and oversized glasses, along with a pair of kicks that looked like they gave his 5'8" frame at least an extra inch.

When Biebs emerged from the shop, he traded in his green silk "Hotel CA" bomber jacket for a yellow hoodie, and after that he stopped for a slice of pizza at Tomato Pie Pizza Joint. Mmm, Biebs and pizza. Could there be a more delicious combination?

Sadly, Biebs still hasn't reactivated his Instagram account, and it doesn't look like he'll be doing so anytime soon. At his London concert the previous night, Biebs asked the audience, "Who thinks I should get my Instagram back?" But what he said next must have broken millions of hearts. After giving thousands of screaming fangirls hope that he might post some sexy new selfies in the near future, Biebs said, "Nah, I don't want to get my Instagram back... I'm sure... I think hell is Instagram. I'm 90 percent sure. We get sent to hell, we get like locked in the Instagram server."

Kanye West was released from the hospital late Tuesday night, a little over a week after his mental breakdown, X17online can report exclusively. The rapper was receiving treatment at UCLA Medical center with no release date in sight, but sources tell us doctors cleared him to leave yesterday evening after determining that he had stabilized.

A source tells X17online:

"Kanye couldn't take being in the hospital anymore. It made him feel like he was going crazy. Kim wasn't there all day; she was home with the kids, so Kanye was lonely and it wasn't helping his situation."

Now the real work begins! Rumors are swirling that Yeezy's marriage to Kim is at a breaking point, with some outlets claiming that the reality star wanted to take a "break" from her husband as they sorted out their issues.

There is no word on his official diagnosis at this time, although our source says he will continue to receive out-patient treatment and medical care.

Kendall Jenner walked in the Victoria's Secret fashion show today in Paris, but beforehand, she had the time to give an update on brother-in-law Kanye West's breakdown and subsequent hospitalization.

"Yes, of course [he'll be OK]. Everyone's OK. Everyone is doing OK, just praying," she told Entertainment Tonight pre-show when asked how the rapper was holding up.

The Kardashian clan is well known for supporting each other at important career events, but they're too busy dealing with personal drama to sit on the sidelines of the VS show and watch Kenny this year.

"It's [just] me. Yeah, no one is coming out but they're all -- I've literally been texting with all of them, like, the past couple days. Everyone's, like, freaking out, I got so many flowers from, like, all my family members. So, yeah, I feel the love for sure from L.A.," she added.

She doesn't seem to broken up by any of this!

The sock designer originally wanted to get married on his March 17 birthday, but his lady love wanted more time to whip her body back into shape before saying 'I Do.'

The couple seem to be in a good place following the birth of their daughter Dream earlier this month. Things are going so well, in fact, that Kimmy K's little bro has permanently moved into Chy's house after living separately during her pregnancy.

"Rob wants to live with Chyna and spend every day with Dream. He is making a big effort to get along with Chyna. She seems very happy with him. They are getting along great and enjoying parenting together. Rob is super hands-on with Dream," a source told People.

"She's changed his life. She makes him want to be better. And he’s spending a lot more time with his family. Rob is so much happier now. He is obsessed with his baby girl!" the source noted.

Jennifer Hudson landed at LAX on Tuesday and made it clear she's rooting for Kanye when she was asked about the rapper's mental breakdown. "I'm praying for him," she told our videographer. We think a lot of people are, since things sound super cray cray in the hospital! Although, it sounds like 'Ye could be getting out later this week.

“Kanye was told by doctors that he will be released from the hospital by the end of this week. He is only leaving under the condition he will be strictly monitored by a team of nurses," a source dished to Radar.

It sounds like Kim K is the one pushing for her husband's freedom.

"Kim is forcing Kanye to comply with whatever the doctors say because she cannot stand being at the hospital with him anymore. She wants him home and she has been asking what she can do to help facilitate the process. Kanye’s doctors told Kim that the only way that he would get out of there is if he stopped start obeying their orders. All they want is for him to follow his treatment plan and start taking his medications, as well as to stop fighting the process," the source added.
