Who knew this would foreshadow Kim Kardashian's stressful times to come? ...

On Sunday's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which was filmed before Kim's Paris attack last month, the reality star confessed that she suffers from anxiety.

Yikes! We can see why she's basically become a recluse since the traumatic robbery -- she was on edge before she was even held up at gunpoint!

In the episode, the 36-year-old revealed to her pal Jonathan Cheban that she’d been having issues with anxiety while driving. (Umm Kim drives pleaces?! Yeah, right!)

“I’ve been having anxiety lately,” Kim admitted. “I am not this person.”

Later, Kanye West's lady love had a sit down with her mother about her issues, as well as sister Kendall -- who also just happened to be having a problem with sleep paralysis and fear of flying alone on a plane. Kind of a huge problem when you are jet setting around the world!

“My mind does go crazy,” Kim told Kris Jenner, who responded, “When you get into your own head it’s scary and you don’t want to let it get to the next step ... That’s debilitating… and you can’t live life.”

Kris added, “I think we should find somebody for you two to talk to ... So this doesn’t get bigger than it already is.”

Later in the episode, a therapist came over to meet with both Kim and Kendall to discuss their symptoms and personal anxieties, but Kendall bailed.

However, Kim seemed to get some relief from the therapy session, telling the therapist, “I think about it all the time, it drives me crazy,” Kim admitted. She revealed, “I just want to get passed my anxiety and live life… I never had anxiety and I want to take back my life.”

Kim and the therapist then took to the road so that she could face her fears and work on coping mechanisms so that she could drive without worrying as much.

Apparently, the chat sesh worked at the time -- but we have a feeling what happened in Paris has seriously triggered her anxiety.

While Kim was quick to try solutions, Kendall was not as much, but that didn't stop big sis from trying to help the model. The mom of two suggested that the 21-year-old try meditating in preparation of her upcoming trips.

In the episode's final scene, the sisters worked with a meditation instructor and took a class together on Kim’s lawn.

“Some people live by it, and because there’s no cure for anxiety you have to get control of your feelings,” Kim told her. “You have to get a hold of it.”

We wonder if she's been using meditation through these trying times ...

Gwen Stefani took her sons to visit with their grandparents after church on Sunday in LA, and we bet there was more than a little discussion about her upcoming nuptials. Didn't know she was engaged? Well, it hasn't been confirmed that boyfriend Blake Shelton popped the question, but apparently the couple are already "starting to finalize" wedding plans and have "met with vendors," according to Us Weekly.

The No Doubt songstress, 47, and the country star, 40, reportedly hope to tie the knot "before the end of the year" after a whirlwind courtship. That gives them a little less than two months!

They haven't held back on gushing about their love in interviews, and it certainly seems like it's the real deal. "He was a friend when I needed a friend. An unexpected gift," she recently told Glamour.

We wonder if a baby is part of the plan? We hope so!

Angelina Jolie is ready for battle!

The Oscar winner is planning on fighting estranged husband Brad Pitt in court for the custody of their six kids, reports TMZ. The site claims that the superstar has said that "until he gets his s**t together" she only wants Brad to continue to have monitored visitation -- and not joint custody.

On Friday, Brad filed legal docs, asking for joint custody of their children. However, sources close to Angelina say that she still wants primary physical custody and only wants Brad to have supervised visits at this point -- and she's ready to fight in court for this.

Currently, Brad has monitored visitation while the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services investigates the confrontation between Brad and Maddox. The FBI is also investigating the incident. In addition, DCFS is looking more generally at the family.

The gossip site also claims that Angelina ultimately wants the the family to be repaired so she and Brad can have a "normal" parenting regime, but until she believes that the A-lister gotten his act together -- she wants sole custody. The Salt star allegedly thinks that Brad needs to address his substance abuse and anger issues.

She's off! Caitlyn Jenner luuuuvs to tool around the grocery store parking lot in Malibu on Sundays to check out hot cars ... and hot ladies!

Cait took her vintage Austin-Healey for a spin and frankly ... it's tiny ... and she's not! Such a cute car, though. But Caitlyn was impressed by some other cars in the lot and on in particular caught her eye. We got a rare glimpse of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth at a pal's art gallery opening on Friday and it looks like Liam's getting into Miley's groove! The chill Australian dressed in an outrageously colorful jacket, one-upped by Miley with a banana yellow dress and thigh-high white leather go-go boots to Vijat Mahindra's show.

Don't mess with Blac Chyna!

Our favorite daytime talk show host Wendy Williams went on a RANT about Rob Kardashian and Chyna's mom Tokyo Toni on her show last Friday. Williams said Chyna dating Rob is a "great come-up" for the former stripper and went on to say, "For those of us who've been there since the beginning, when Rob was thin, when Rob was smarter, when Rob had more confidence, when Rob was dating Adrienne Bailon, and he just seemed to be a different kind of guy ... it's very fun to watch [Chyna] and her mom, Tokyo Toni, come up off of the backs of people who don't see through their ruse."

WW then showed a recent photo of Rob and, commented: "And it's not even about Rob being overweight. ... It's bout Rob's lack of confidence. A woman likes a man to take control. Put some bass in your voice and don't let her run over you. It's not attractive."

Whoa! Well, as you can imagine, Chyna didn't take too kindly to such criticism so she did what any self-respecting baby mama would do and took to Instagram with a nasty reply: "Wendy.. Wendy.. Wendy....you lost your motherf--kin mind hoe?" How dare you speak on me, my fiancé, and my mom like you were at the Christmas table with us?! Kim Kardashian left her house, y'all! Seems the only thing that can get the traumatized superstar to leave her Bel Air mansion is her mom Kris Jenner's birthday celebration. Despite Kim's self-imposed lock-down after her Paris robbery last month, the star decided to jump in an SUV with bodyguards on either side of her, and hoof it to the Valley for a movie and dinner with mom.

Of course, it wasn't just ANY movie and dinner -- the family rented out the Westlake Village Cinepolis (as they had previously, for Kim's birthday) for a private showing, and then migrated over the The Grill for a casual dinner. While Khloe, Kourtney, Scott, Kris and Corey walked out the front door of the theater, over to the restaurant, Kim sneaked out the back door and evaded cameras. Even X17's photographer got duped, according to one of our shooters: "Kris made sure we were all paying attention to her and the girls, giving us nice photo ops, and then as they arrived at The Grill, I saw bodyguards around the back of the restaurant, at the back door. Then I knew we had missed Kim."

The gang Snapchatted the event and all Kris' daughters wished their mom a happy birthday on social media, Kim even dedicating two new emojis in her mom's honor.


Meanwhile, Khloe turned up for the celebration in a sexy, low-cut bodysuit with jeans and heels. She's definitely teasing us after X17online announced the reality star is pregnant with boyfriend Tristan Thompson's baby. Is she slightly thicker around the middle or just too much popcorn at the movies? She looks amazing but we all know lots of ladies don't show until around month 5 with their first pregnancy.
