Just days before Mariah Carey's dramatic split from James Packer, the diva and her ex husband finally reached a settlement on their drawn-out divorce, confirms Us Weekly.

After almost two years of squabbling, Cannon finally signed divorce documents only a few days before Carey and Packer's doomed trip to Greece in September. That's odd timing!

In the settlement, the big-voiced songstress and the America's Got Talent host agreed on joint custody of their 5-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe.

They also kept the earnings they separately made during their six-year marriage, which lasted from April 2008 to December 2014, due to a prenuptial agreement.

An insider told the mag, "They are in a great place and a real source of support for one another — plus a prime example of what coparents should be."

The exes really do seem to be getting along swimmingly. Cannon, who was dressed as Luigi, attended the "Hero" singer's Halloween party on Oct. 22 and looked like he had a grande old time!

But Carey isn't having such a blast with all of her exes ... On Oct. 27, Carey's rep confirmed in a statement to Entertainment Tonight that she and Packer had split: "Mariah and James had a fight in Greece, and have not seen each other since. The fight was not because of any cheating allegations or excessive spending by Mariah. James is one of the most successful businessmen in the world. They are trying to work it out. Right now, they're not sure if they will stay together. They are discussing it, and plan to release an official statement together about their future."

In the days following that announcement, a reconciliation seems less and less likely, especially since reports claim that Carey refuses to leave the businessman's Los Angeles home and is demanding $50 million.

Since the announcement, many rumors have swirled, including the break up may have resulted because of Carey's extravagant spending, her flirtation with a back up dancer or Packer's anger problem.

It's not good in Carey-Packerville -- but at least the pop star's worked things out with her baby daddy!

Everywhere we turned celebs were dressing up in costumes to take their kids trick-or-treating, and it's hard to pick whose outfit was our favorite! We love Gisele dressed up as Luigi to her son Benjamin's Mario, but we love Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel as characters from the movie Trolls with son Silas the most!

We couldn't help but notice that recently separated couple Jennifer Meyer and Tobey Maguire put their differences aside for the sake of their kids Ruby and Otis, and we bet pal Gwyneth Paltrow gave them some tips on conscious uncoupling.


Our trained eye also spotted the fact that Orlando Bloom and his son Flynn were out on the candy hunt with Katy Perry's dog Butters! We wonder where KP was for the occasion? We love she loves the holiday!

Blac Chyna knows how to make a dollah!

The reality stars are slated to make big bucks -- like hundreds of thousands -- by allowing television crews into their hospital delivery room, reports TMZ. Classy move from a classy couple!

Production sources tell the site that the on-again/off-again couple, who is due any day now, is getting a big payday for a baby special, which is set to include the birth of their baby girl, Chyna's baby shower and other baby-related events before their daughter's birth. The special will also include the days after Baby Girl Kardashian's birth.

What we don't know is if the camera will get deep in Chyna's lady business. Some say that Chyna is unsure but is open to letting the world see it all. Of course she is!

Apparently the baby special is helping Rob and Chyna's waning reality series. According to the site, the special actually helped resuscitate their reality series -- Rob & Chyna has been renewed for a second season. Great! More jealousy and fighting! Fun!

Meanwhile, things seem like they may be going okay for the rocky couple. The duo dressed up in a creepy couples costume for Halloween. The engaged twosome painted the town bloody when they wore terrifying ensembles from The Purge.

He was SO skinny during that time, so we knew something had to have been going on...

Zayn Malik has been open about struggling with anxiety, and now the singer is getting candid in his new book Zayn about suffering from an eating disorder during his One Direction days.

"When I look back at images of myself from around November 2014, before the final tour, I can see how ill I was. Something I’ve never talked about in public before, but which I have come to terms with since leaving the band, is that I was suffering from an eating disorder," he wrote.

The "Pillow Talk" crooner goes on to explain his issue didn't center around his looks or his weight, and he actually didn't see it as a problem at first.

"It wasn’t as though I had any concerns about my weight or anything like that, I’d just go for days — sometimes two or three days straight — without eating anything at all. It got quite serious, although at the time I didn’t recognize it for what it was," he revealed.

He ultimately realized that he was desperately looking for a way to handle his chaotic lifestyle.

"I didn’t feel like I had control over anything else in my life, but food was something I could control, so I did. I had lost so much weight I had become ill. The workload and the pace of life on the road put together with the pressures and strains of everything going on within the band had badly affected my eating habits," he confessed.

He's not ashamed to discuss mental health, something he made clear when he canceled shows this past June and September.

"Dear fans, I have been working over the last three months to overcome my extreme anxiety around major live solo performances. I feel I am making progress but I have today acknowledged that I do not feel sufficiently confident to move forward with the planned show in Dubai in October … I am truly sorry to disappoint you. I hope to see you all soon. Thank you to all my fans who support me globally. With love and respect always, Zayn," he said in a statement last month.

Halloween weekend was over yesterday but that doesn't mean the spooktacular festivities were stopping just because it was a Monday night! Beyonce, Jay, Heidi, Lena and more got in the spirit of things. Check it out!

First up we have Beyonce, who had previously dressed with her mom and daughter as Salt-N-Pepa, and Jay Z as Black Barbie and Black Ken -- they even got Blue Ivy into the fun! Queen Bey showed off that rockin' body of hers in a black and white bodysuit, sexy heels and a high ponytail. The couple even stepped inside "Black Barbie" and "Black Ken" boxes! Hilarious!

Meanwhile Heidi Klum, who is known for her love of Halloween, definitely disappointed with her pretty lame costume. Instead of going over-the-top like usual, she just dressed sexy and had five women made up to look like clones of her. Even prosthetics couldn't save this choice!

The 43-year-old and her clones made a big entrance at Heidi's annual Halloween bash in NYC when she and the gals were posed perfectly in matching Herve Leger by Max Azria bodysuits and over-the-knee boots inside a giant wooden box with “Made in Germany” written on the outside.

We gotta say we were hoping for something amazing from the Queen of Halloween -- seeing her in a Herve Leger bodysuit and that's all, just doesn't do it for us!

Instead of a sexy costume like Heidi and Bey, Taylor Swift opted for an outfit that should slay all the nerds. Tay dressed as Deadpool and threw an intimate bash for her squad, including Gigi Hadid, Fifth Harmony’s Camilla Cabello, models Lily Donaldson and Martha Hunt.

The singer posted a snap of her squad with the caption, “Happy Halloween from Deadpool, a Cub Scout, Martha Brady, a space cadet, a granny with a lost cat, black swan, and a birthday girl dressed as a cat."

If her Deadpool costume looks pretty spot on -- it should! She borrowed it from the film's star, BFF Blake Lively’s hubby Ryan Reynolds. The 26-year-old wrote on social media, “Thanks @vancityreynolds for this costume ... You're the BEST deadpool inside contact ever.”

Kim Kardashian broke her social media silence yesterday for the first time since her Paris robbery with three posts on her app Kimkardashianwest.com, and while one is a glaringly obvious plug for one of her endorsed products, the other two seem to be a way to slowly return back to the limelight.

"Downtime #LumeeCollab," she captioned a throwback photo of herself checking her phone. We might have been fooled into thinking it was a new pic, except for the fact her face looks totally different now!

The reality star also shared a link to old family photos put together by her sister Kourtney, as well as a memo written by personal assistant Steph Sheppard about last minute Halloween costume ideas. Riveting!

November 3 will mark one month since the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was held at gunpoint in her hotel room and robbed off $10 million worth of jewelry, and although she's quietly stepped out for frozen yogurt and to catch a Kanye concert, she's pretty much been holed up in her gated community recovering from the ordeal.

You just know she's itching to be back in the spotlight! Nobody's even really talking about her, and that must be freaking her out!

UPDATE: Apparently Kimmy K agrees with us that these were a snoozefest, because she just deleted all three!

Alessandra Ambrosio and partner Jamie Mazur took daughter Anja and son Noah trick or treating last night for Halloween, and we can't get over how cute they are! Jamie wore a pretty half assed cop outfit (sorry buddy!), but Noah nailed it with his police costume. Alessandra dressed as a rabbit, and we like the fact that she kept it on the reserved side. It always grosses us out when Hollywood moms wear scandalous outfits to take their kids out!

We weren't quite sure what Anja was at first, but Ale posted a few shots on Instagram and explained. "My Voodoo Child 👻🎃❤️☠️👹🍭 #happyhalloween," the Victoria's Secret model wrote alongside a snapshot of her adorable little girl. Aha! Nicely done:

Kelly Osbourne and mom Sharon landed at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday after celebrating the starlet's 32nd birthday in London, and not only did they look fab after the long flight, but they had a good laugh when their driver whipped out a crying baby sign and put it over Sharon's face!

Earlier in the week the ladies were snapped arriving at Fountain Studios in London, and it seems like they were having a bit of a squabble prior to the X Factor event. Sharon appeared to be in a hurry when she got out of the car, and though Kelly kinda chased after her, Sharon gave her daughter the hand! We're not sure what the fight was about, but the two haven't always had the best relationship.

Still, it couldn't have been that bad, because they were able to forget about it when they partied it up on Saturday, with famous faces like Nicole Scherzinger and Simon Cowell!
