Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer have bitten the dust after nine years of marriage. Oh no!

On Tuesday, the pair released a statement to People: "After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple. As devoted parents, our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect and friendship."

While Maguire is known for his spin as Spider-Man, Meyer has her own clout in Hollywood -- she's a successful jewelry designer to the stars and the daughter of famed entertainment executive Ron Meyer, the former agent who created CAA.

The two met in early 2003 and got married four years later in Hawaii. They have two children together: Ruby, 9, and Otis, 7.

Despite the announcement, the couple was out and about with their kids on Sunday, so it appears as if they are still getting along …

The concierge involved in Kim Kardashian's terrifying Paris robbery is breaking his anonymity and speaking out about the night of the crime, and the most interesting part of his story is the fact he claims there was absolutely no security in place at the luxury building! The 39-year-old man, named Abdulrahman, revealed that he had sent an email to his bosses in 2010 warning them of the dangerous lax security measures.

"There was no real security at all. It’s a choice. The hotel doesn’t mind about security. We told them years and years before, you have to make a camera, you have to put [in place] a security process, about keys. Nothing was locked, there was no proper security there. I told the hotel years ago, you need better security and they didn’t mind. If you look at that big door, it wasn’t locked, it was open. We talked about it and nobody cared. The code of the door was never changed and everybody knew it. There is a camera in the main wall of the hotel, behind the big red [front] doors, but it didn’t work for years," he told Daily Mail.

The Algerian national is traumatized and living fear following the ordeal, and he plans to take legal action against the No Name hotel.

"Immediately afterwards, I was very angry, and the first one I blamed was the hotel. They are responsible, I think. And I still blame them now. I told them, look what you did! What I told you for six years? Security cameras and other things are meant for days like today, to prevent these things from happening. If you have good guards, electronic systems to lock the doors, it can be possible to secure the hotel. One day, someone might be killed. That is more important than a robbery of rocks and metal," he explained.

The father-of-one also offered a play-by-play on the how the jewel heist went down.

"I was behind the desk. The door was closed, but it is glass and they told me to open the door, making a motion behind the door. I saw police [uniforms], the hats, also the police jackets, with reflective badges, like the police have. I told them to open it because it was open, and he asked with gestures, he made me come to open the door. So I came to open it and just when I opened it, he grabbed me and handcuffed me. In the first seconds, I thought they were policemen making an intervention. I told them, I’m working here, what is wrong? After that he questioned me, where is the security video? At that time, I said sh**, it’s a robbery," he recalled.

The robbers even threatened his life!

"At first I looked at them and one got very angry. He asked me to put my head down and never look at him again. He repeated, never, never look at me, or I will kill you. I saw that two of them had guns, then I just looked down," he noted.

Abdulrahman doesn't feel as if he has been treated fairly by authorities in the days following the crime, and believes his personal safety has been compromised.

"I ended up having the handcuffs on until almost five in the morning because policemen did not have the ability to open them. It made me upset. The police were not very professional. They did not look after me afterwards, they didn’t offer me any counseling or anything. Psychologically, I have to repair myself. They told the press that I said [certain details] about the robbers’ identities. That was very dangerous for me, as it shows I gave evidence to the police," he lamented.

The suspects are still at large, and if found, face up to 30 years in prison for armed robbery by an organized gang, criminal conspiracy and kidnapping.

Rose McGowan will not be silenced!

Over the weekend, the 43-year-old wrote a series of shocking tweets claiming that she had been raped by a Hollywood exec -- and now she's penned a scathing open letter to Hollywood, imploring the community to "stop rewarding predators."

Over the weekend, Rose made waves when she posted a string of Tweets: "Because my ex sold our movie to my rapist for distribution," "Because it's been an open secret in Hollywood/Media and they shamed me while adulating my rapist," and "A (female) criminal attorney said because I'd done a sex scene in a film I would never win against the studio head." Each comment ended with “#WhyWomenDontReport.”

On Monday, Rose followed up the shocking claims when she wrote a pointed letter, "Dear Hollywood, To the women and men in the entertainment industry who know exactly whom and what I am talking about, I say be brave. Do not work with those you know to be offenders or you are no better than they. Take a stand."

The Charmed actress continued, “You are culpable for your actions. Stop rewarding sociopaths. Every time you sanction abhorrent behavior, you are aiding and abetting a crime, that makes you no better than the criminal."

The outspoken star went on, "How many more stories do you have to hear before you do the right thing and stop rewarding men that are predators? Why are you so cowardly that you would take the softer, easier way out?"

Amber Rose was eliminated on Dancing with the Stars last night, and she was quick to post a heartfelt message on Instagram thanking partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy for all that he's done to help her this season.

"Although our time was cut short@maksimc I'm so happy I had the chance to experience this with you! You truly are my brother for life! Who knew we would become so close in such a short amount of time? 💕 Thank you for not giving up on me and getting to know the real me with no judgment I'll love you forever for that reason and I'll always have ur back through whatever. The sexy dance pro was flattered, and it sounds like he shares those warm and fuzzy feelings.

You've become a friend and an older sister (although you're younger....you know what I mean :)), and this is definitely just the beginning of 'Amber and Maks," he wrote.

Even shock jock Howard Stern is shocked by Donald Trump's "locker room talk" -- now that's really saying something!

During his SiriusXM radio show on Monday, Stern, who has had Trump on his show on several occasions, talked to sidekick Robin Quivers about Trump's “locker room talk" claims, following the recent scandal involving leaked tapes in which the Republican presidential candidate can be overheard making lewd comments to Billy Bush, using the now-infamous phrase: "grab them by the p-ssy."

Stern, who is known for his own devious behavior and talk, had a number of things to say on his show about Trump's assertion that his inappropriate comments about women were mere "locker room talk" -- and nothing more.

“A lot of the show that I’ve been doing for my entire life, radio show publicly, is an effort to sort of do ‘locker room talk,’ to express all kinds of s--t and just not even care what anyone thinks,” said Stern.

The 62-year-old continued, “But this idea of ‘locker room talk’ … all the times I’ve been around guys — and believe me when I’m around guys 85 percent of the times you’re talking about p--sy — but I have never been in the room when someone has said, ‘Grab them by the p-ssy.’”

The radio host added, “No one’s ever advocated going that step where you get a little bit, ‘Hey, I’m going to invade someone’s space … A lot of [locker room banter is] real kind of desperate talk. The reason it’s in a locker room is because no one’s proud of it.”

Let's get real -- if Howard Stern thinks you've gone too far, then you've really gone too far!

While Stern was quick to slam Trump's comments, he also said he won't replay old tapes from the businessman's past appearances because he doesn't want to “f--k someone over.”

Kim Kardashian's taking a break, according to her assistant, Steph Shep, who updated the star's web site with a handwritten letter announcing that "Keeks is taking some much-needed time off."

By Kim's side for four years, Shep was charged with making the announcement to fans: "Hey guys. So you may have noticed we haven’t updated the app in a couple weeks. After Kim was robbed in Paris earlier this month, the reality star has been in hiding, having been seen only once, making a quick stop at a Beverly Hills Italian restaurant last week.

Shep was out with Kourtney and Kendall that fateful night in Paris; she rushed back to Kim's side as soon as she heard what happened, and escorted Kim back to New York and then, to LA, immediately after.

Meanwhile, Kim's still busy doing all she can to help apprehend the robbers -- she'll certainly go back to Paris if she has to, her lawyer says. She called off her Vegas birthday party and we didn't see her at King Cairo's birthday party at Kylie's house over the weekend, even though most of the rest of the family was there.

So when will Kim come out of hiding? We wish we knew ... but we plan on being there when she does!

Okay, let's just get this clear ... it seems like maybe French actress Marion Cotillard is pregnant with her long-time boyfriend Guillaume Canet's baby and not Brad Pitt's. At least that's the message both camps are putting out ...

Next, Leonardo DiCaprio has shed some weight and shaved his beard and he actually looks pretty damn good these days BUT, all may not be well with the Oscar-winning actor. Did you know the dude's involved in a Malaysian mafia scandal? And that the leader of one of the world's foremost rainforest charities is urging DiCaprio to step down from his United Nations climate change ambassadorship post?

This is what's going down ... Head of the Bruno Manser Fund, a Swiss rainforest advocacy group, called on Leo to disavow his ties to associates of Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, who is suspected of using state funds to finance the actor’s 2013 film The Wolf of Wall Street. "Leonardo DiCaprio has consistently refused to explain his close personal and financial ties with key persons of the Malaysian 1MDB scandal,” said Lukas Straumann, Bruno Manser Fund director, said at a Friday press conference in London.

And it didn't stop there -- activists from Malaysia, the UK and Switzerland called for DiCaprio to pay back "all dubious funds" received by his production company, Appian Way, from Riza Aziz, the prime minister’s stepson, and financier Low Taek Jho. "This is unacceptable. If DiCaprio fails to distance himself from Malaysian corruption, he should resign as U.N. messenger of peace for climate change,” Mr. Straumann said. "We can’t save the environment if we fail to stop corruption."

And oh yeah ... we snapped DiCaprio at the premiere of his new film Before the Flood, a documentary about climate change that will premiere on the National Geographic Channel on Oct. 30.
