If by a "special relationship" she means an open one, we all already know that! After all, shortly after their romantic trip to Japan, The Biebs was spotted all over British model Bronte Blampied in London. Then JB and Lionel Richie's daughter rekindled the flame with a birthday trip to Mexico, so the nature of their dating agreement is more than a little confusing.

The newly legal socialite also revealed that she's considering a career in music!

"Everyone had their own idea of what my music should sound like, and I just wanted to be an individual. I stepped back and said, 'I need to re-evaluate this'," she confessed.

She better hope she's more than a flavor of the week, because these words are immortalized in print!

While on Watch What Happens Live Bethenny Frankel insisted that she has not gone under the knife in recent days.

When asked by a fan if she'd had any plastic surgery lately, the reality star said, "I didn't." However, she did explain why her face looked so dramatically different than it used to: "I had my jaw injected with Botox because I have TMJ, and if you look at pictures of me from probably, like, seven years ago it's gradually gotten smaller to the point where I had to stop, and now it actually hurts again."

Host Andy Cohen agreed, "It does look like your jaw is smaller."

In May, Frankel revealed that her doctor suggested she get Botox in the jawline to help her deal with grinding her teeth, which has resulted in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) becoming irritated which causes pain.

BTW: It can also be treated with physical therapy, medications or bite guards. But we aren't surprised that the reality star sought the Botox treatment!

Ellen Degeneres and Britney Spears took advantage of their celebrity status at an LA mall in this hilarious skit for the comedienne's talk show, and it's everything you'd hoped it would be.

"I wanted to take advantage of the celebrity lifestyle with my famous friends. So I called Britney Spears and took her to the Westfield Fashion Square Mall. I told her we could do whatever we wanted because we’re famous," the TV host said while introducing the clip.

The duo start out in the clothing department and asked for "100 percent discounts" just because they are famous, before running up the down escalator and making their way to an ice cream stand.

Then they hit up the children's indoor playground and encourage the kiddos to ditch their professional ambitions for fame. "Start auditioning them early, put them on diets, get them facials, massages. If you want to be taken care of by your children, start auditioning them now!” they tell the awestruck parents.

They end the segment by tucking in for a nap at a home goods store. You have to watch the whole thing, you'll be crying laughing by the end!

Kanye West announced at a pop-up show following his Yeezy season 4 fashion show in NYC last night that he's signed Tyga, along with Desiigner, to his record label. This is not totally out of the blue, since Ye executive produced T-Raww's 2015 album The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty, but we all know this is just a big favor to Kylie and the rest of the Kardashian clan.

The "Rack City" rapper basically has one song and a non-existent career, and can't seem to avoid being evicted from homes and having cars repossessed. The dude clearly needs money, so we have a feeling Kris Jenner called in a favor to Kimmy's hubby and he made it happen.

This is basically charity!

Kylie is slaying them all!

Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin may be models, but that doesn't mean Kylie Jenner can't steal the show! The 19-year-old turned heads last night at the Kendall + Kylie Samsung event during New York Fashion Week.

The newly blonde teen dropped jaws in her pajama-inspired Kendall + Kylie striped culottes, matching shirt and tiny bralette. Meow!

Kendall opted for an all-black ensemble and slicked back hair. Hayley opted for thigh-baring short shorts and a statement making coat.

As if that wasn't enough celebs to draw the eye, big sister Kim Kardashian also made a stop at the bash to celebrate the launch of their new collection.

At the high-tech event, the fashionable sisters also chatted with Vogue Runway about their new collection, and of course Kylie's new blonde locks.

She told the website, "I didn't even plan on going platinum ... I just wanted a nice honey blonde and then when we started bleaching, it just started getting lighter and lighter so fast."

The teen added, "I haven't dyed my hair in a year, I've been saving it for this moment and it got really lights - I was like - I'm going to go with it - it's Fashion Week."

Ryan Lochte will be suspended from the sport of swimming for ten months and will not be allowed to compete in the 2017 world championship meet, as the result of his Rio robbery lying scandal during the Olympics. The next time he will be able to compete will be in summer 2019.

The other swimmers that were with the 12-time Olympic medalist will also face punishment, but not to the same severity, as it was Lochte that spoke publicly about the incident and caused the whole mess.

Lochte concocted the elaborate fib that his group was held at gunpoint and robbed at a gas station, when in reality they were intoxicated and caught urinating in public and defacing property, upon which they were asked to pay for the damages.

Since his return to the US, Lochte has been dropped by sponsors including Speedo, Polo Ralph Lauren, Gentle Hair Removal and mattress maker Airweave.

He's currently attempting to repair his image by competing on the new season of Dancing with the Stars. We hope he likes getting down in the ballroom, because he won't be strutting his stuff in the pool for a good while!

Amid reports that Kendall Jenner and Harry Styles are giving their failed romance another go, the supermodel looked super chic as she made her way to a few fashion shows during New York Fashion Week with sister Kylie on Wednesday.

Our photog spotted the leggy lady in a white top and tan slit skirt. She paired the look with velvet boot and a biker hat. Vrooom vrooooooom!

We've reported that Kendall has been seeing A$AP Rocky for the past few months, but apparently that's no more because People magazine is reporting that Kendall and the boybander are together again because Kenny never really moved on.

An insider tells People, "Harry has always been 'that guy' for Kendall ... She would love to be in a real relationship with him, but he's always had issues settling down in the past with her because he has that rock star mentality."

The duo first began dating in January 2014 but split soon after. They reignited romance rumors after vacationing together in Anguilla in December 2015, however, they weren't spotted again together until cameras caught the stars shopping in Los Angeles in April of this year.

Last week, the two had a dinner date at L.A.'s Tsabel. Following that outing, the source says that the 20-year-old and the 22-year-old were planning on "giving it another try, and she's hopeful things will be different this time around."
