Britney Spears has settled with her ex "manager" Sam Lutfi after the controversial personality filed a a defamation lawsuit against the pop princess and her family in 2009.

TMZ has reported that Lutfi received a settlement in the "low six figures," however a source tells x17online exclusively, that the settlement was actually seven figures, more than four times than what TMZ reported. So that means: "manager" or no "mangaer" -- Lufti's a millionaire now, folks!

Lutfi, who was recently accused of kidnapping and robbing Frances Bean Cobain's estranged husband Isaiah Silva, alleges that Spears owed him money from back in 2007 when he claims that the troubled star made an oral agreement that he would be her manager. Lutfi also accused Britney's mother, Lynn Spears, of libel and her father, Jamie Spears, of battery.

In 2012, a judge dismissed the case, but Lutfi appealed and a new trial set was set to begin on Oct. 11.

Back in 2011, the fact that Spears is under conservatorship shielded her from testifying in the case. However, when the lawsuit went to the Court of Appeals, the pop star was called to testify for a deposition despite initial claims that she could not be in the same room as Lutfi because it would pose "serious risks" to her.

Despite the risk, Spears did testify in May and according to the New York Times that Spears did indeed testify "without incident in Lutfi's presence, even snacking on a cookie during a down moment."

It looks like Spears did not want to take the issue to trial and likely used her Vegas residency cash to quiet the money-hungry "manager."

Blac Chyna's got the blues!

The pregnant personality flaunted a new blue 'do as was out on the town in Los Angeles. We aren't sure if it's a wig or a dye job -- but we're sure we will seeing her showing off the blue hue on Instagram and Snapchat any minute!

The blue-haired 28-year-old took her son King Cairo and some pals to dinner at Benihana. That wee one is such a little cutie!

Earlier in the day, the soon-to-be mom stopped in her Range Rover to get a tire repaired earlier in the day.

Despite being a controversial figure in the Kardashian family, Khloe has recently said on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians that she's "grateful" to the model for bringing her brother back into the fold after Chyna to Khloe’s 32nd birthday party at Dave & Busters back in June.

It looks like Chyna is pretty grateful she's being taken care of!

Kylie Jenner flew all the way to NYC to catch brother-in-law Kanye West's concert with the rest of her famous fam last night, and she used the occasion to show off her new platinum blonde hair, which she paired with a scarlett red ensemble. Who cares if Kim did it first, because Ky did it better!

Yeezy's show brought out all the "It" crowd, including Kimmy K, Scott Disick, Kendall Jenner, Hailey Baldwin, Ariana Grande, and Bella Hadid. Oh, the plastic surgery princess' loser boyfriend Tyga was there too. The whole crew took turns Snapchatting the festivities, and it made us wish we were part of their squad.

We wonder how long the LipKit queen will keep her lighter locks? If we had a say, we think she should keep it forever!

Ben Affleck hit the studio this morning looking as if he hasn't showered in days, and he's either burning the midnight oil now that he's a bachelor, or he's just totally given up. His messy curly hair and five o'clock shadow is bad enough, but he appears to have gained weight now that he's not beefing up for an action role.

Jen Garner should actually be happy to see these photos, because we highly doubt he's going to bag another Hollywood beauty looking this haggard!

Swizzleton is dunzo!

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston have called it quits after three quick but intense months of dating, Us Weekly reports. The blonde beauty was reportedly uneasy about the actor's desire to be so open with their romance.

"She was the one to put the brakes on the relationship. Tom wanted the relationship to be more public than she was comfortable with. Taylor knew the backlash that comes with public displays of affection but Tom didn't listen to her concerns when she brought them up," a source dished to the mag.

The pair got together shortly after T-Swizz's split from Calvin Harris at the beginning of June, and were photographed on romantic vacations in the UK, Italy and Australia, but they hadn't been seen in public together since late July.

"It was an intense start. No one can keep that kind of momentum going. They get along great and will remain friends, but they just don't see it working romantically right now," another insider explained.

A trial date has been set for Bill Cosby! Huzzah!

The disgraced television star will finally be going to trial for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at his home in 2004. A Pennsylvania judge has set the trial is slated to begin on June 5, 2017.

Former Temple University employee Andrea Constand has accused the 79-year-old comedian of drugging and molesting her at his home outside of Philadelphia.

The former Cosby Show could serve up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Over 50 women have come forward to accuse the fallen star of sexual assault, but Cosby is only facing charges for his conduct with Constand. However, prosecutors want 13 of the women to testify.

The 13 women may be allowed to testify because in the state of Pennsylvania witnesses are allowed to give evidence of prior acts that display a "common scheme, plan, or design."

The prosecutors apparently would like to show that Cosby has a pattern of behavior with other women that is consistent with Constand's accusations.

A lawyer for Cosby says he welcomes the trial date: "The time has come to shine a spotlight on the trampling of Mr Cosby's civil rights."

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been busy touring separately this summer, but took a break a over the Labor Day weekend to reconnect at the country crooner's Tishomingo ranch in Oklahoma. The cute couple clearly had some snuggle time -- but they also took Gwen's three kids out boating. Fun!

The "Holla Back Girl" singer shared a series of videos on her Snapchat Monday, showing the couple boating with her three kids — Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2.

In the videos, Kingston is hanging with Shelton, who is letting toddler Apollo steer the boat. At one point, Zuma jumps onto an inflatable raft. Stefani was all smiles in a red leopard-print bikini during the modern family sesh.

Shelton is going to make a great step dad!

A source told Us Weekly, "The boys love him."

Apparently the couple, who went public in November 2015, are talking marriage. A source told the publication that they "talk openly about their future together." The source added, "They say things like, 'When we get married …' all the time."

Word on the street is that Shelton is redoing his vacation home and turning it into a Hawaiian-themed paradise for his blonde beauty and the three as a wedding gift!

He seems to be really struggling.

Zayn Malik has canceled another concert due to his battle with crippling anxiety, he announced in a statement today. The "Pillowtalk" crooner was set to perform at Autism Rocks Arena in Dubai Friday, October 7, but ultimately decided he's not up for the job.

"Dear fans, I have been working over the last three months to overcome my extreme anxiety around major live solo performances. I feel I am making progress but I have today acknowledged that I do not feel sufficiently confident to move forward with the planned show in Dubai in October," he wrote.

"I am assured that all tickets will be refunded. I am truly sorry to disappoint you. I hope to see you all soon. Thank you to all my fans who support me globally. With love and respect always, Zayn," he added.

The British hunk first canceled a show due to anxiety back in June, so this is clearly an issue he's been struggling with since leaving One Direction. Perhaps being a solo artist is too much pressure for him?
