Lauren Conrad sat down with MTV to mark the ten year anniversary of The Hills with a new That Was Then, This Is Now special, and the reality star dished on all those famous makeups, breakups, fights, and drama.

Among her bombshells?

LC threw a fair amount of shade by revealing that she didn't think she would be friends with her fellow castmates had they not all been cast on the same show. Ouch!

The Paper Crown designer also went into more detail about her painful on-camera breakup with boyfriend Jason Whaler. "After we went on a break from filming, it was like a couple weeks in, I finally decided to end things. We broke up. I said you have three days to get your stuff out, I'm having the locks changed on Monday. So when I saw Jason that day, it was the first time I had seen him since we had broken up. It was really hard. What made it harder was I could see he wasn't sober," she revealed.

"That really broke me, because I felt like a responsibility to take care of him, and I felt like when we broke up I was abandoning him. Because there were a lot of nights that I was getting 2 a.m. phone calls and I had to go pick him up passed out in the back of a club. So I was like who is doing that now, I know he doesn't have friends who are doing it...I was like, oh god, no one is taking care of him," she added.

Since the show, Conrad built a fashion and lifestyle empire and married husband William Tell, Jason Whaler got sober and opened a recovery center, Audrina Patridge got engaged to fiancé Corey Bohan and had a baby, Kristen Cavallari had three kids with NFL quarterback husband Jay Cutler, and Spencer and Heidi went broke!

One scene that never aired? Kim Kardashian making a cameo!

She's ready to take the final step!

Caitlyn Jenner will undergo full gender reassignment surgery this coming fall, In Touch reports. The transgender reality star has been very vocal about not wanting to date until her anatomy matched her new identity, and now it looks like she will go under the knife and make it happen.

"She's been talking to her doctors and she's finally ready. She's turning 67 in October and is looking at this as a birthday present to herself," a source dished to the mag.

The I Am Cait star went back and forth about having the sex organ procedure in the past, but there's no turning back after this.

"She already feels like a woman both mentally and physically, but she wants to do this," the source added.

An America's Got Talent contestant got shot in the throat with a flaming arrow after a stunt went horribly wrong on Tuesday night's show! Canadian Ryan Stock stuck a target in his mouth for fiancee AmberLynn Walker to aim at, but she missed and ended up hitting him in the neck, which left him in a state of total shock!

After Stock calmed down, he stood there as Simon Cowell reacted to the unbelievable situation that had unfolded. "Why are we judging this act Amber just shot Ryan and he needs to go to a hospital now! I’m being serious," Cowell urged.

Backstage, the British music mogul went into more detail about the incident. "I’ve heard he was OK, but this has never happened before. We always kid that they need to make it more dangerous, but then this happens. I thought it was part of the act, but then I realized this was bad. I just had a feeling, they looked nervous before they started. But he's OK," he told Us Weekly.

We finally know the root of their feud!

Bachelorette winner Jordan Rodgers doesn't speak with his NFL star brother Aaron Rodgers, and apparently it's because the reality star and his family can't stand Aaron's actress girlfriend Olivia Munn!

"[Munn] has a strong personality and every meeting she has had with them has gone badly," a source dished to Us Weekly about the Green Bay Packer's rift with his clan.

"The family says Aaron stopped talking to them. While Aaron says they don’t talk because his family doesn’t like Olivia," the source added.

The strained relationship was hinted at but never directly addressed on the ABC dating reality show, so when host Chris Harrison asked Jojo Fletcher about it on the After The Final Rose special, she continued to play coy. "It's the same situation that it's been, but it's not something that we... it's not the focus for us right now, it's about us," she explained while sidestepping the question.

James Corden's Carpool Karaoke segment has featured everyone from Justin Bieber to Mariah Carey, but the late night host hasn't been able to snag Kanye West despite repeated attempts. In fact, the funny man revealed that he booked the rapper to appear not once but twice, and both times Yeezy was forced to cancel. The upside? Kimmy K's husband sent him flowers to apologize!

"Kanye has been booked to do Carpool Karaoke now twice and both times something came up. He'll do it eventually. He wants to do it," Corden told British GQ.

"[He sent] about three dozen white roses, of course. Arranged in the shape of a cube. What could be more Kanye than that?" he joked.

Another person holding out on the joy ride? Beyonce! "Beyonce [is the dream]. It would break the internet. She's on tour right now. We're working on it," the British star revealed.

Another Duggar, another engagement!

In the new teaser for the second season of Jill & Jessa: Counting On, fans can watch Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's sixth child, Jinger Duggar, moments before fiancé, Jeremy Vuolo, proposes -- and it's actually pretty sweet.

The promo shows 19 Kids and Counting alum sitting next to the 28-year-old soccer star as he tells the 22-year-old how much he loves her.

The promo shows a brief scene from his proposal, in which Jeremy says, "It's really been a privilege for me to get to know you. I wanted to ask you if you would …”

The promo ends before we hear what she says -- but since we all know Jinger and Jeremy got engaged, we pretty much know her answer! The promo then ends before viewers are able to hear the sixth child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar answer.

Counting On returns with new courtships, family fun in the all-new 10 episode season, airing on Tuesday, August 23 at 8/7c.

Niall Horan landed at LAX on Tuesday, and let's hope nobody tried to snap his photo on that flight, because just two days earlier a fan took a snap of him sleeping and he totally lost it!

The boy bander retweeted the fan's post, along with his own angry caption. "I think this s**t is unreal. I mean if you can't sleep on a plane without people taking photos of you, what can u do," he wrote. We kinda agree with him!
