Kesha's legal team confirmed that the singer has dropped her sexual assault lawsuit against music producer Dr. Luke in California, and she posted the haunting image above on Instagram and wrote, "My fight continues. I need to get my music out. I have so much to say. This lawsuit is so heavy on my once free spirit, and I can only pray to one day feel that happiness again. I am continuing to fight for my rights in New York. Thank you for all your support."

"Kesha has dismissed her California action without prejudice while she pursues her appeal and other legal claims in the New York courts," Kesha's attorney explained. "Kesha is focused on getting back to work and has delivered 28 new songs to the record label. We have conveyed to Sony Music and the label Kesha’s strong desire to release the single and an album as soon as possible."

Kesha sued Dr. Luke (full name: Lukasz Gottwald) in October 2014, claiming that he drugged and raped her, and after denying the allegations, he later sued her for defamation. Kesha’s sexual abuse claims against Dr. Luke were dismissed by a New York judge in April when it was ruled that the abuse Kesha allegedly suffered occurred outside of the state and that the statute of limitations had expired.

Kesha is still battling to get out of her record contract with Dr. Luke, whose label, Kemosabe, is under Sony Music. While it seems like something Sony could address, the company has stated that they are unable to break the contract.

Kylie Jenner and Tyga dined at Il Cielo last night, and we hate to admit it, but we kinda love that they matched their satiny army green outfits!

Last night Bachelorette star JoJo Fletcher revealed that she picked Jordan Rodgers, and the two are now happily engaged. (And yes, Rodgers is the younger brother of NFL stud Aaron Rodgers, and much fuss has been made about their estrangement over the last few weeks.)

"I had this immediate sense of comfort with him," Fletcher told People. "From that first initial interaction, I knew I could fall in love with Jordan. On those final days, I thought about who I couldn't imagine saying goodbye to. It was always Jordan. And that's how I knew." No word yet on when the two are tying the knot, but we're guessing it will be soon!

Of course, this all went down AFTER Robby Hayes, the other contender, practically got down on one knee and asked JoJo to marry him. Kanye West is known for his love of all things creative, and in a new interview with BBC Radio 1's Annie Mac, the rapper revealed that he thinks he can revolutionize dorm room living by partnering with IKEA.

"I have to work with IKEA - make furniture for interior design, for architecture and I know that if I do a minimalist apartment inside of a college dorm where the TV goes on the side of the wall...Yo IKEA, allow Kanye to create, allow him to make this thing because you know what, I want a bed that he makes, I want a chair that he makes - I want more products from Ye," he boasted while speaking in the third person.

The sad part is he's right. Yeezus home goods would probably sell out faster than the Yeezy boosts! Switching gears, Kimmy K's outspoken husband addressed the rumors he'd like to run for President in 2020.

"We are numb, we're numb to 500 kids getting killed in Chicago a year, we're numb to the fact that it was seven police shootings in the beginning of July. When I talk about the idea of being President, I'm not saying I have any political views, I don't have views on politics, I just have a view on humanity, on people, on the truth. Shannen Doherty shared emotional pictures of herself shaving her head amid her breast cancer battle last week, and now the actress is revealing to ET that her disease has spread and requires more treatment.

"I had breast cancer that spread to the lymph nodes, and from one of my surgeries we discovered that some of the cancer cells might have actually gone out of the lymph nodes. So for that reason, we are doing chemo, and then after chemo, I'll do radiation," she explained during a sit-down with the outlet.

The Beverly Hills 90210 star underwent a single mastectomy back in May, but confesses that the uncertainly of living with cancer is way worse than any medical procedure.

"The unknown is always the scariest part. Is the chemo going to work? Is the radiation going to work? You know, am I going to have to go through this again, or am I going to get secondary cancer? Everything else is manageable. Pain is manageable, you know living without a breast is manageable, it's the worry of your future and how your future is going to affect the people that you love," she shared.

Her husband of five years Kurt Iswarienko has been her rock throughout the ordeal, especially when she made the decision to shore off her long brunette locks.

"He was in Mexico working and he was texting nonstop in the middle of his photoshoot like, 'Give me pictures, and are you OK? I wish I could be there.' He was so stricken that he wasn't there with me but I sent him pictures and videos and he was like, 'Oh my God. You're hot with no hair.' So you know, everybody kind of made me feel better about it," she gushed.

The physical ramifications of treatment can't be ignored, though!

"I am in bed and it is a rush to the bathroom. It's, you know, you're throwing up every single second. After my first treatment I lost 10 pounds, instantly. You're throwing up and the last thing you want to do is be in a car. You don't want to be moved, you can't eat. But my husband has to, you know, pick me up. He puts me in the car, he buckles me in, and he drives me to my oncologist and they hook me up to an IV and I get hydrated. ... There's nothing going in my body, it's all going out," she detailed.

She's such a fighter! Go Shannen!

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are the latest celeb figures to get written into an episode of The Simpsons, and it's pretty clear that the creators are with her!

It starts with Homer and Marge making out in bed, and when Marge expresses that she won't be in the mood for romance until she knows who she's voting for, the antics ensue. A political ad begins to play on the TV, in which Bill Clinton answers a red emergency phone before realizing the call was for his Democratic presidential nominee wife. "Yes. From now on, it's always for me," her character quips.

The daggers really come out for The Donald, who is shown laying in bed sending offensive tweets before making outrageous demands. "Put my name on the Lincoln Memorial, make Chris Christie eat a worm just for laughs, disband NATO and make me some scrambled eggs on a gold plate," his character loudly requests.

"She will only do the reunion for her kids, if her kids want to see her perform then she will do it. Otherwise she really isn’t interested getting the band back together," a source dished to Hollywood Life. "Victoria has definitely held up negotiations, but she might actually get fully on board with something with the rest of the girls if her kids are all for it," the insider added.
