X17 XCLUSIVE - Suicide Attempt? Or Just Overdose?

Santa Monica Police Department reports may have listed a suicide attempt as the reason for being called to the actor's house last Sunday, the 26th, but reports of slit wrists appear to be untrue as X17 caught Wilson yesterday and today, just a week after the supposed 'suicide attempt,' without any marks or bandages on his arms.

Wilson's attorney reportedly told Access Hollywood that there were no drugs involved in the incident but that the actor DID slit his wrists. The unnamed attorney said the actor did not have his stomach pumped ...

Would a drug overdose be considered worse than a suicide attempt in the eyes of Hollywood movie producers or the companies that insure their films? And if there is some sort of cover-up, wouldn't Owen's attorney have counciled him to at least wear some fake bandages on his wrists rather than almost purposely exposing his clean, unharmed flesh to photographers? And wouldn't he have advised maybe not wearing a watch on what was supposed to be a recently-wounded arm? Why would Owen's 'people' want to make this more about depression than about drugs?
