Of course, we're hardly surprised by the news; Britney had, after all, previously settled up with the woman, paying her around a thousand bucks for the damage done to her car. Heck, even the victim herself didn't seem all that pissed about the incident - Britney's lawyer describes her to the magazine as being "very sympathetic toward Britney and hopes the best for her"!
