The Girl Can't Help It

Britney's minor mishap occured yesterday afternoon, when she was trying to leave this medical building (after allegedly getting lip injections - her lips do look a bit plumper!). The poor photog got a little too close to Brit's car as she was trying to exit. She turned her wheel to the left to avoid one photog, and ended up accidentally nailing another! But the guy jumped right back up to declare to everyone that he was alright.

When you've got as many people trying to get a pic of you as Britney does, accidents are bound to happen!
