All Good Things Must Come To An End

After a night of partying with pals Paris, Sam, Alli (not to mention E! News Correspondent Jason Kennedy, who partied with Britney on Halloween), Britney ended her birthday bash back at the Four Seasons. The group partied on the balcony until 4 am, when Britney headed back home. 
Brit's been spending some important holidays with this Jason Kennedy (next to Alli). Are they an item? Or is he just "doing his job"?
