Little River Russell Deery has been chillin in his mom's sling for most of his six months, making it hard to get a shot of him...til now!
Keri's son peeked his little head out while on a walk with mom in Manhattan - isn't he so cute?
No wonder Keri's in such great shape - we never see her with a stroller!
