After initially denying it last night, E! is now reporting that Britney has finally acknowledged her sister's teen pregnancy, releasing a statement in which she "wishes her sister nothing but the best and asks for privacy during this time."

Page Six even claims that K-Fed knew about Jamie-Lynn's pregnancy before Britney!

So why was she kept in the dark? Well, Brit's always been protective of her younger sister, even allegedly speaking out against Jamie-Lynn's plans to move in with her boyfriend last summer!

Seems like this teen pregnancy is causing yet another rift in the Spears family. Let's hope they can come together for the sake of Jamie-Lynn!
