Britney Spears britkap.jpg A court officer has confirmed to X17 that Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline's attorney, will be returning to court at 8:30 this morning to seek (at least) a temporary end to Britney Spears' visitation rights with her children.

Looks like Kaplan's getting his day in court after all!
