Michael Sands, who "works with Mark Vincent Kaplan," certainly had a whole lot of nothing to say when he came out of the courthouse to, uh, comment on his colleague's reason for canceling his press conference. Sands managed to get this out, however: "Mark feels at this time it would be inappropriate for him to speak to the media." Okay, then!

When Michael was asked if Mark is concerned about the boys, he responded with, "You'd have to ask him that."

Uh, kinda cold, right? And if Michael doesn't even know Kevin Federline very well - or is "ever in the courtroom," for that matter - why did he talk so long with press if he had nothing to say?
