The Portrait Of A Pop Star

Following the chaos that began yesterday and continued into the early morning of today, a closed-door session between Britney and Kevin's lawyers took place this afternoon where Mark Vincent Kaplan asked the judge to suspend Spears' visitation rights in the custody battle. After the hearing - which took under an hour - Kaplan said this to the press: "There are no winners here," and that he was "not happy about any of the events that have happened."
X17 went further and contacted Mark Vincent Kaplan's office to see if he had any other comment about the emergency hearing today, but the response was, "I'm sorry, we don't."
While the judge's decision was to be made public on Monday, the news is already out:
Britney's visitation rights "have been suspended pending further order of the court," says Commissioner Scott Gordon.
(This will be in effect until January 14th when a hearing will then determine what happens next.)
While Britney herself has not been charged with anything, and Jayden seems to be okay, we want to know your thoughts on what has happened here. Not just regarding last night and today, but over the course of the past year.
We pose this question: Do you think Britney is healthy enough to parent her own two children?
And also, does she truly need help or is she the victim of an overly aggressive legal team... or both?
