Will Britney Take the Stand Today?

Although Brit's not required by law to show up in court this morning for the latest installment of her ongoing custody battle with Kevin, this could be her last chance to plea her case with the court and salvage any kind of visitation with her two young sons.

In addition to the lawyer's testimony, several LAPD, firefighters and paramedics on the scene are due to give firsthand accounts of Brit's behavior during her meltdown. If Brit doesn't appear to give her side of the story, chances are, she'll lose custody of her kids for good.
