Britney Spears BSPEARSHI122807_01.jpg Britney fans can breathe a little easier - we've just heard from a highly-placed source that Britney was judged to be stable by the faculty at Cedars Sinai before she left this morning!

"I can confirm that Ms. Spears left [the hospital] after various evaluations from the medical staff and was deemed stabilized," our source tells us.

This certainly comes as a relief to us - we're obviously not doctors, but between the news of hospital staffers avoiding Britney and of her being released before her 72-hour order was up, we were starting to grow concerned about whether she was being properly looked after!
