Our source inside the courtroom is telling us that despite the fact that Jamie and his team of lawyers are present at today's custody hearing, a public information officer has confirmed that no one will be discussing or even raising the issue of Brit's case being "allegedly" moved to Federal court.

I guess we'll just have to wait for March 10th to resolve that issue, unless Brit's new attorney can successfully get her heard in Federal court before that!
