Britney: Still Happy & Healthy? (NOW WITH VIDEO!)

We sincerely hope she is, but we're not too sure (if she's happy, at least) from the way she looks here...
Britney visited club Social last night with dad (slash conservator?) Jamie Spears - don't worry, they just ate dinner!
The duo called it an early night and left at 10:30... but Brit seemed a little dazed, even sad, during their exit, no?
ALSO, get this - a pap was arrested(!) outside Social that night for assault and vandalism against another pap. The photog grabbed another guy's camera and smashed it to the ground!
