Britney Update: Still No Changes

Court is over for good today... and there have officially been no changes in the custody battle between Britney and Kevin. (There was a slight chance of the lawyers discussing a possible Britney reunion with her children during the last break, which they did, but to no avail.)
Brit's lawyers brought up many points to the judge - about how their client has been doing so well after being released from the UCLA Medical Center, and how father Jamie could be present during a reunion with her and her boys - but none were considered seriously.
No further talks regarding visitation will happen this afternoon. Speaking to the media after the proceedings ended, Kaplan said:
"Mr. Federline very much wants his children to have visitation and I know the petitioner is eagerly awaiting that, as well. We are working to expidite that process, as would be in the best interest of the boys."
He also said that psychological evaluation has yet to be completed by a court-appointed doctor, which will be key in determining any future custody for Brit.
At the moment, Britney is only allowed phone communication with Sean Preston and Jayden.
Think this is fair?
