In case any of you missed the proceedings over the future of Brit's conservatorship yesterday, here's what went down:

  • Jamie's conservatorship was extended to at least March 10th.


  • Britney's psychological evaluation hasn't been completed.


  • Brit's older brother Brian has been added to the list of her "trustees" (and will apparently be "compensated" for his time.


  • Sam Lutfi has still not been served, but his spokesperson, Michael Sands, asked for the hearing to be switched to a federal court.


What does all this mean for Brit? And is it good for her to have her family so inserted into controlling every aspect of her life at this point or would it be better to have a neutral party involved?
