Britney & Mel Root For The Home Team!

Britney Spears might be making some pretty serious decisions these days, but she can always count on her friends when she needs to relax - like, for instance, her old pal Mel Gibson!

After spending the afternoon shopping at Lisa Kline, we caught the pop princess meeting her famous friend at the Grand Havana Room in Beverly Hills late in the evening. The two spent a few hours together chatting and taking in the NBA Finals together. Looks like Britney and Mel were the Lakers' lucky charms, too - the team finally took their first game from the Celtics this series!
