2008 is definitely the year of our girl Brit's comeback - the new album is fantastic and she looks great, but have Ms. Spears' live performances (in Europe and on GMA today) been as good as they used to be?

Her new music video for "Circus," the next single, puts that question to rest. We here at X17 just saw the ENTIRE vid and it's totes brilliant. Like, OMG brilliant.

We even think it rivals her best work! Queen B is back in top form... the fierceness is back in her steps and the spark back in her eyes. Plus it's shot beautifully and sharply edited. Oh, and did we mention there's live animals and Britney with a whip? You're gonna <333 it, trust!

And this, of course, makes us incredibly excited to see her perform live again on the upcoming tour. I'm buying tix STAT!
