With a pink dog leash in hand, Papa Lohan strolled through Will Rogers Memorial Park in Beverly Hills without a care in the world!

While on his walk with Lil' Lily, Michael talked freely about his daughter. Lohan tells our videographer the 24-year-old starlet has been staying home and cooking a lot ... as well as hitting up the gym.
