Of course our photographer couldn't resist asking/yelling at the Oscar winner about his controversial comments on race and sexuality in the industry. When asked about all the hubbub, Damon smartly played dumb, and then answered our question with another question, "What do you think I said ... who said that?" Then our man on the street came on with this beauty response: "The Internet!"

Meanwhile, the The Martian actor talked about his famous friendship with Ben Affleck and going through trying times together -- namely his relationship with Jennifer Lopez -- in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

"There’s nobody who’s more misunderstood. Ten years ago, the public image of him could not have been farther apart from who he actually is. It was like he was being cast in a role, that he was a talentless kind of meathead, with his whole relationship with Jennifer Lopez."

We are pretty shocked by this development! The L.A. County D.A. has rejected Caitlyn Jenner's vehicular manslaughter case, and will not charge the reality star with vehicular manslaughter or any other crime from the fatal car crash on PCH that killed Kim Howe.

The D.A. rejected the case because the 65-year-old was not speeding, and although she hit the brakes belatedly, her delayed reaction was not "unreasonable" based on all the facts, reports TMZ

On Feb. 7, Caitlyn (who was then known as Bruce) slammed into a Lexus, which sent the car into an oncoming Hummer.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. investigated the accident for almost 6 months and submitted a 161-page report to the D.A. The case was overseen by the D.A.'s Major Crimes Unit.

Jenner's lawyer, Blair Berk, told TMZ, "We believed from the start that a thorough and objective investigation would clear Caitlyn of any criminal wrongdoing. We are heartened the District Attorney has agreed that even a misdemeanor charge would not be appropriate."

Berk added, "A traffic accident, however devastating and heartbreaking when a life is lost, is not necessarily a criminal matter."

Real Housewives of Orange County villain Brooks Ayers has reportedly filmed a tell-all interview with Bravo's Andy Cohen that will air with the reunion special next month, Radar reports. As cast member Vicki Gunvalson's boyfriend, Ayers has been accused of faking his cancer by all the ladies on the reality show.

Gunvalson and Ayers have split since filming, so she allegedly has no idea what he revealed to the Watch What Happens Live host. She better hope he keeps her secrets! "Andy interviewed Brooks about his cancer diagnosis and all of the questions surrounding it. Vicki was completely blindsided by Brooks’ decision to do the interview with Andy. She has no idea what was said, or if he threw her under the bus!" a source told the website.

For a guy with cancer, he certainly knows how to "whoop it up," as his ex says. He was spotted partying at a club in Florida this past weekend, and seemed be in high spirits according to Us Weekly.

Brian Austin Green has officially filed for spousal support following his split from wife Megan Fox, according to TMZ.

In the documents filed on Tuesday, the former Beverly Hills, 90210 actor reportedly asked for financial assistance from Fox as well as joint custody of their two young sons. Both Fox and Green both filed for divorce on June 15.

Back in December, the couple was hit by a drunk driver in a head-on collision. The two did not seem physically injured at the time but the crash triggered BAG's Vertigo, which has impacts on one’s balance, often creating a spinning sensation for said person. The actor star has been unable to work full-time since the incident, which has led the actress to be the family's bread winner.

TMZ is reporting that that at times Green often can’t even get out of bed to work, and therefore there is a great financial disparity between that.

Michael Jackson's son has always been a mystery to us, but soon we will get a glimpse of his personality, as he's set to appear on the Lifetime TV reality series The Jacksons: Next Generation with his older cousins.

"There's a camping trip with a variety of cousins. And to be flat-out honest, Blanket wasn't even invited. But when he's packing his bag and expecting to go, what am I supposed to tell him, 'You're not allowed to come because you're Michael Jackson's son and that's just life. There's no way I'm going to do that. He's part of my family. He wanted to come. He understood there were going to be cameras. And that's what I think people are going to see. They're going to see kids that are happy," TJ Jackson told The New York Daily News.

The King of Pop's son seems to be thriving!

Jim Carrey's ex girlfriend Cathriona White was found dead of an apparent suicide on Monday, just days after breaking up with her famous actor. Her family has just released a statement to the Irish Independent about their loss.

"The family of Cathriona White sincerely regret the untimely passing of their beloved daughter and sister. Cathriona was a shining light in our lives who was loved deeply by her entire family. We will miss her terribly and at this difficult time we ask to be left in private to mourn our loss. There will be no further statements on behalf of the family."

Police sources told TMZ that the 28-year-old Irish woman reportedly left behind a suicide note that referenced their recent split, which had occurred on Sept. 24. While the note that she left has yet to be released to the public, the Irish 30-year-old had some ominous final messages on her social media accounts days before her death.

White's final social media post was a telling tweet on Sept. 24 that said, "Signing off Twitter, I hope I have been a light to my nearest and dearest," she wrote. "[Love] to you all."

Cathriona's penultimate Instagram was a somber William Butler Yeats quote, "Faeries, come take me out of this dull world, For I would ride with you upon the wind, Run on the top of the dishevelled tide, And dance upon the mountains like a flame."

A number of people have posted heartfelt notes on social media after finding out about Cathriona's death. Zelda Williams, whose father Robin Williams committed suicide, tweeted, "Heartbroken to continue to watch sweet, kind souls be consumed by darkness. May it never hurt less, so we never grow numb to the loss."

Yesterday, Carrey also released a statement: "I am shocked and deeply saddened by the passing of my sweet Cathriona. She was a truly kind and delicate Irish flower, too sensitive for this soil, to whom loving and being loved was all that sparkled. My heart goes out to her family and friends and to everyone who loved and cared about her. We have all been hit with a lightning bolt."

The couple originally met back in 2012 and dated briefly until ending things in early 2013. We found some photos we took of the then-new couple taking a stroll in Malibu on Sept. 15, 2012. However they broke up about four months after those happy snaps were taken. In March 2013, Carrey spoke to the Irish Independent about his breakup with the much younger makeup artist.

"I did go out with an Irish girl," he told the publication. "We're not seeing each other anymore. But she is lovely." But as of May 2015, the duo appeared to have reconciled their romance when they were spotted together holding hands in NYC.

The May/December duo appeared to be going strong. As recent as Sept. 16, Carrey mentioned White on social media when he snapped a photo of "Grand Central, NYC," and wrote on it, "Photo by Cathriona White."

The talk show host got the E! starlet chatting about naming her son with a fun name game, but in the process the brunette bombshell revealed what has already been reported, that she might name him Easton. "I do like the name Easton. Easton West. I don't think my husband likes that name, but I do like it. I don't think we'll go another direction. It's definitely not South, every time someone says South, I just want to roll my eyes," she said. "I do like Easton, but I don't think Kanye likes Easton, I'm not sure," she admitted.

So what about Yeezy wanting to be the POTUS in 2020?

"I believe he is serious, and I know if he puts his mind to something he’ll do his best. It’s been fascinating hearing all the conversations that’ve gone on since that announcement. I don’t know if that was planned, and I just didn’t know about it, or if he came up with that idea right then and there. I am looking forward to what’s to come. I think it would be so much fun to be in the White House. I was joking with him, I was like, ‘You’re going to have to make it to a second term,’ because he loves redecorating. So I was like, ‘You’re going to want to redo the whole White House, and we’re not going to be able to enjoy it,'" she joked.

Speaking of Scott, the last time we checked, Lord Disick is still in New York, and no one seems to know whether he's going to reconcile with his baby mama. Scott made an appearance at Harrah’s in Atlantic City, N.J. over the weekend, and when the party started, he got onstage and yelled, "Let’s blow the roof off this motherf*cker" and later left with his crew and several girls, according to Us Weekly.

“I’ve been making money since I was a kid, and I’ll keep making money so I am not worried about it,” Disick told the mag on the red carpet when asked about his life post-split. “I am feeling good.”
