Shia LaBeouf's list of transgressions grew longer late Thursday as the actor was arrested at a Broadway play in New York City.

The Nymphomaniac star was allegedly annoying other theater goers by slapping people in the back of the head and smoking during a performance of Cabaret at Studio 54 in Midtown.

The 28-year-old reportedly got belligerent with cops, yelling “f–k you. I’ll f-?-k you up” while being handcuffed and afterwards began spitting at officials. He even told one cop while being fingerprinted “I have millions and millions of dollars and attorneys and I’m going to ruin your career” then proceeded to use a homophobic epithet.

LaBeouf has been charged with criminal trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct, according to law enforcement sources.

UPDATE - Shia has been charged with disorderly contact and criminal trespass. An NYPD spokesperson tells Us Weekly, "While at Studio 54 he was upsetting patrons, being loud and yelling. He'll be jailed. There will be a court appearance for this matter."

Courteney Cox is getting a second chance at love as she and boyfriend Johnny McDaid are officially engaged!

The Cougar Town actress and the Snow Patrol rocker reached out to Twitter for announcing the big news earlier today, posting "I'm engaged to him!" and "I'm engaged to her!" respectively.

The pair recently returned from celebrating Courteney's 50th birthday at Amanyara in Turks and Caicos earlier this month. This will be second marriage for the former Friends star who was previously married to David Arquette. The two finalized their divorce back in May.

Britney Spears worked out on Thursday morning, and when she saw X17 photographers, she really perked up! It does seem as though her water bottle was rather strategically place over one nipple, but she didn't seem to care too much...

Britney may be busting her butt at the gym, but she doesn't go back to Las Vegas for her "Piece of Me" residency until mid-August, so it looks like she'll be able to relax for the next few weeks.

Last month Brit added a handful of new performance dates, so it looks like the Sin City deal worked out well. Of the 27 shows she's done since late December, Brit's concert series has grossed a whopping $18.2 million, and she still has 35 more shows to go!

"The special suite will include an X-ray machine, CT scanner, ultrasound and blood-taking facilities. Other celebrities such as Mad­onna have taken similar measures in the past, but not on such a grand and costly scale. The facilities will enable the family to monitor their sugar levels, cholesterol and blood pressure. They will also have a team of private doctors around the clock, daily visits from top nurses and a full paediatric team for North," a source revealed.

On Thursday afternoon Kim Kardashian stepped out in New York City, and we already got a peek at her cleavage-baring nude dress, but we certainly didn't see the long Spanx she was wearing underneath! Kim flashed a peek at her slimming undergarments when she stepped out of her car, and later on we caught her tooting around town with her pregnant sister Kourtney. This is the second day in a row Kourt has rocked a sleepwear-inspired ensemble...

The ladies are on the east coast to continue filming their spin-off reality show, and while they're opening a Dash pop-up store in the Hamptons, it looks like the bulk of the drama will be taking place at the $14 million rented mansion they're calling home this summer!

Kourt got into an argument with baby daddy Scott last week and promptly jetted back to Los Angeles with the couple's two kids, so we're curious to see how the two are going to patch things up.

Kourt has reportedly had it with his partying, and a source told Us Weekly, "Kourtney was yelling at Scott after she found an inappropriate picture of him with another girl." She reportedly screamed during the argument, "You need to be a more responsible father and get better. There is another baby on the way! You need to straighten up or get out!" Yikes!
