Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop may not have advice on this one ...
The 46-year-old actress is being sued for $3.1 million by a Utah doctor who claims Paltrow crashed into him while skiing in Deer Valley, Utah in February 2016.
Terry Sanderson alleges Paltrow was "skiing out of control," hit him in the back and then "got up, turned and skied away, leaving Sanderson stunned, lying in the snow, seriously injured." Sanderson also alleges Gwen's ski instructor Eric Christiansen filed a false report to protect his client, claiming Paltrow didn't cause the crash.
The doctor says he has "permanent traumatic brain injury," suffered four broken ribs, pain, suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, emotional distress and disfigurement. Sanderson gave a press conference on Tuesday and said he remembers feeling that his "brain felt like novocaine" after the accident: "I felt really numb."
Meanwhile, Gwyneth's attorneys released a statement saying: "This lawsuit is completely without merit. Anyone who reads the facts will realize that."

Kourtney Kardashian has got a new man! She dumped Younes Bendjima, 25, for apparently cheating on her and then went on to another male model and family friend Luka Sabbat, 21. Now she's traded him in for a fellow Hillsong follower and NON-famous dude David Dee Duron.
Kourt and Duron -- who's the oldest of KK's recent conquests at an elderly 26 years old! -- were spotted on a dinner date the other night at Nobu Malibu. The couple were beaming as they exited the restaurant -- Kourtney wearing a decidedly dressed-down nylon windbreaker and black PVC straight-leg pants and Duron in jeans.
Duron hails from Miami where he attends Hillsong sister church Vous and apparently he made it out to LA for some reason and hit up Hillsong, where he met Kourt. Despite the romantic look the two had in their eyes as they left dinner, a source tells People magazine, the two haven't "gone there" yet: "It’s just friendship now. They met through the church and they have a lot of mutual friends. But for now, it’s just a friendly relationship. He’s a lot younger than her, so there’s an age difference. He’s about 12 years younger than her. But he’s very mature. He’s a serious Christian and so is she, and there’s definitely some chemistry there. They could turn into something in the future, but it hasn’t happened yet."
When we spotted Kourtney at the dry cleaners yesterday, she was all puffed up in a grey puffer jacket and sweats, again -- when we saw her previously, with sis Kendall at a late-night cosmetic dermatology appointment in Beverly Hills, she was sporting a similar look. Perhaps dating a regular guy gives Kourtney some relief from having to look super-fashionable all the time. We don't mind the sweats/no makeup look on her and she certainly looks more comfortable!

The Apple didn't fall far from the tree! Coldplay rocker Chris Martin was on daddy duty Monday, taking his kids Moses, 12, and Apple, 14, for an after-school snack. And we can't help but notice how strikingly similar Apple looks to mom Gwyneth Paltrow ... she's the actress' mini-me!
The trio picked up some $8 pastries at tony Farm Shop at the Brentwood Country Mart ... what? Did you think these kids eat Goldfish crackers?!
The young teen tied up her tee into a crop, with her high-waisted jeans and a little dose of makeup. You think all those beauty products are from mom's Goop?

After a filling sushi lunch the other day, Angelina Jolie took half of her brood to Staples for some art supplies. Stars, they're just like us!
The mother-of-six took 10-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox and 14-year-old daughter Zahara to the office supply store to load up on poster board, markers, stickers and ... maybe staples? ... for some arts and crafts projects at home. Funny -- we've photographed Angie many, many times over the years going to art stores with the kids and buying up tons of materials. It's obviously her go-to project, even at the kids get older. And arts and crafts are great, but we never see these kids outdoors! We never see them playing soccer, going to basketball practice, hiking with the dogs, going to the beach.
We get that Angelina's one of the most famous people on the planet, but so is Kim Kardashian and her kids do those things. Which leads us to question ... does Angelina keep these kids a little too close to home? Are they a bit sheltered? Do they even get to interact with other kids, particularly if they're all homeschooled? Just curious!
The Modern Family star posted pix from a friend's party and showed off a shockingly-slender new look! We think she looks amazing (and she looked amazing before, too), but some fans didn't like Ariel's skinnier frame.
"Omg you lost your butt!" one commenter wrote. Another: "I’m sorry you felt the need to so dramatically change your appearance. I liked you just as you were. I hope you are happy in your new body though."
Poor girl can't win! Why is losing weight caving to societal pressure to be skinny ... maybe it's just exercise and healthy eating!
One troll even suggested Winter had plastic surgery to achieve the new look: "Nothing wrong with being honest and telling her we liked her better before ‘the change’ she was so beautiful before she started chopping up her body and if me saying so helps one gurl out here to feel beautiful who’s thinking of PS its worth it."
But Ariel wasn't having it and fought back ... responding: "I appreciate you wanting to help girls love themselves the way they are, but you are also kind of cutting someone (me) down which isn’t what I think you were trying to do?"
She's clearly been putting in time at the gym so we say, more power to you, girl. You look Grrrrreat!

What do you do when your niece's mamma has a run-in with the police while she's on vacation in Hawaii with her boo? You take the little tyke for a tour of the local fire station, that's what!
Khloe Kardashian planned a fun outing for daughter True and niece Dream, on Monday, and shared some sweet snaps to social media. The trio visited Los Angeles County Fire Dept. Station 125 in Calabasas. Baby True wore a pink tulle skirt and a unicorn headband, of course, while Dream looked adorable in a yellow overall dress with black shirt.
Khloe wrote on her Instagram story: "Yesterday we took the girls to our local fire station. We wanted to say ‘Thank you’ to our local [heroes] for all they do for us!"
So why was Khloe taking care of Dream ... because mommy Blac Chyna jetted off to Hawaii with her boyfriend Kid Buu during the time she had custody! Daddy Rob Kardashian couldn't reach his baby mamma and realized his daughter was staying with a nanny while Chyna was off on vacation.
"Chyna planned on having Dream stay with a nanny in L.A. while she was in Hawaii. Rob is mad because if either parent is out of town, the other parent is supposed to have the option to keep Dream longer," a source tells People magazine. "Rob doesn’t want Dream to stay alone with a nanny while Chyna parties in Hawaii. This is what he is mad about. She needs to tell him when she won’t be in L.A. so Rob can keep Dream longer. Rob is getting his lawyer involved,†said the insider. “This situation’s not in Dream’s best interest."
As always, savior Khloe stepped in to babysit Dream along with Rob. She's a saint!

Blac Chyna's boo Kid Buu is getting her in some trouble! The couple were vacationing at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Hawaii when police were called because a fight broke out in their room.
"Someone from their group called 911. Hotel security escorted police officers and paramedics to a suite, where Blac Chyna was with a group of people,†a source tells People magazine. "It was more of a ‘he said, she said’ situation. They both had complaints to the police, but in the end no one was arrested or taken to the hospital."
The source says both Chyna and Buu were drunk. Honolulu police are still investigating.
"Shortly before 9 a.m. today, a female visitor staying in Waikiki reported being assaulted by a male acquaintance. The victim reported that she and the suspect had been involved in an argument several hours earlier, and the argument had escalated to a physical confrontation,†a police spokesperson said in a statement.
Just hours before the incident, Chyna posted a "positive vibes" video to Instagram ... something musta happened to those vibes because everything went down hill after this! Buu posted videos of Chyna twerking on him to his Instagram story but has since deleted them. Hey -- if you're gonna get messy, don't post it on social media, folks!
