Ke$ha is still seeking treatment for an eating disorder at the Timberline Knolls rehab facility in Illinois, but she wants her fans to know that she's getting better and that she's grateful for their support.

One of her pal's posted the following message on the 26-year-old star's Twitter account:

"This is Kesha's friend. She asked me to tweet an update for her because she doesn't have access to twitter right now ... she says "THANK YOU. SOOO MUCH. I'm overwhelmed to tears by all of the love, letters, and support!! I'll be back soon and better than ever ... ohhh and she can't believe Timber is still number one! "F*k YEAH animals! PARTY ON!!!!"

Earlier this month the singer confirmed that she had checked in to rehab and said in a statement, "I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I've found it hard to practice. I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am."

She knows just how to cheer us up on a gloomy winter day! Well, it was in the 70s yesterday, but it was rather overcast...

On Tuesday Paris Hilton shopped at Book Soup in West Hollywood, and after that the blonde beauty headed to Marco Marco for a fitting with Marco Morante. "He is so creative! LOVE all the costumes he made for @BritneySpears tour," P gushed on Twitter. Wonder when we're going to see some?

Robert Pattinson's sexy Romain Gavras–directed commercial for Dior Homme caused quite a stir when it popped up last fall on the internet, and with the ad spot set to make its American television debut during the Olympics this February, we're sure the Twilight hunk will be making the news again!

So what does Rob think of the racy clip? "I like trying to do ambitious things," he tells the Wall Street Journal, adding that combining a high fashion ad with Gavras's "violent and visceral" approach was his idea. "That's what got me really enthusiastic about the campaign, that [Dior] wasn't shying away from anything," he continued. Hmm, did he pick the hot model to fool around with too?

So has his spokesmodel status changed the grungy-hot actor? "I was a brush-your-teeth-and-have-a-shower kind of guy. I can't tell if it's because of my association with Dior or because I'm older, but I've started moisturizing," he says. "It's been a quite profound change in my life."

Speaking of changes, he wouldn't talk about his split from Kristen Stewart, but he did open up about his upcoming flick, Maps to the Stars, a "darkly comedic Hollywood satire ghost story," according R Pattz. "This year, I'm trying to see what my niche is."

We're guessing this means no more campy vampire films...

Despite the recent news that she's split from husband Mike Comrie, Hilary Duff was in a great mood when X17 photographers snapped her heading in to a meeting on Tuesday morning.

Last night the 26-year-old singer/actress went to the Justin Timberlake concert with several pals, and earlier in the day she hung with her sister Haylie. Duff also took to her Twitter account to thank fans for their support over the last few weeks, writing, "Hi babies that I have followed recently! Love how you guys are so supportive and loving! its an HD love fest buuuut I can camp on twitter ... Allday so please don't get upset if I can meet all your needs :( a got a little nugget to take care of and work! But I love you guys so much."

Duff and Comrie announced their split earlier this month, and it seems as though they truly have been keeping things amicable for the sake of their son Luca. Still, we'd imagine it's quite an adjustment period for the former Disney star ... we're just glad to see that she's doing ok!

While promoting his new romantic comedy, That Awkward Moment, on the Today show, Zac Efron was caught unawares when the talk turned to his stint in rehab last year.

During the sit down with Zac and his costars Michael B. Jordan and Miles Teller, Savannah Guthrie got serious with the heart throb, saying, "I know last year was a little bit hard. There were reports that you'd gone to rehab. Anything you want to share about that? I think mostly your fans just want to know how you're doing and that you're okay."

Despite being taken aback, the 26-year-old replied, "I'm in the best place I've ever been. I've never been this happy before. I'm extraordinarily grateful for these guys and to be here promoting this movie. I don't know. Things are good. I don't know. Thank you for asking."


We've been worried about Zac since learning about his issues with addiction and then after news hit that he broke his jaw under some strange circumstances -- so we are glad to hear Zac is doing okay!

That Awkward Moment opens in theaters Jan. 31st.

Reese Witherspoon hit the gym early on Tuesday morning, and we're thinking the fact that her sports bra and sneakers are both purple isn't a total coincidence...

And speaking of working out, it sounds like the Oscar winner had to get in pretty killer shape for her role in the upcoming film Wild. Director Jean-Marc Vallee chatted with Entertainment Weekly about Reese's transformation for the role (“She went method with the hair and no makeup," he says), and he revealed that she also had to get comfortable hiking all over the place with a heavy backpack, and she even had to learn how to pitch a tent!

The film follows the story of Cheryl Strayed’s journey along the Pacific Coast Trail, and though the film was shot in a mere 35 days, Strayed's hike was 1,100 miles and took 3 months. Very curious to see Reese in this role -- it's definitely a departure from everything else she's done!
