Jennifer Aniston reported to set on her latest film Squirrels to the Nuts today, and the actress wore her usual uniform of cutoff jean shorts that showcased her utterly amazing stems!

The We're The Millers star is happily engaged to fiance Justin Theroux, but the couple is in no rush to walk down the aisle because they "already feel married."

"We have yet to set any dates. There have been no canceled weddings. There have been no postponed weddings. There have been no arguments about where to get married. Just clearing all that up," she explained to E!.

It sounds like the A-list beauty is counting on her co-star Jason Sudekis to tie the knot with Olivia Wilde before she does with Justin!

"We're racing. It's a race," she joked to Extra when asked about who would get married first.

X17 photographers snapped Ben Affleck on his way to a business meeting in Santa Monica on Monday, and the hunky father of three flashed us a sexy smile from across the parking lot. Um, swoon!

Ben will be busy for the next few months with two back to back projects: First he's set to star as the male lead in David Fincher's new film, Gone Girl, in which Rosamund Pike was just cast as the female lead. The film is based on the best-selling novel of the same name about a woman who mysteriously disappears on the day of her wedding anniversary, and the husband (Affleck) is suspected to be the killer.

Ben will reportedly complete work on this film before Live by Night, which he will direct and star in. Oh, and Ben wrote the screenplay for that film as well, so maybe he'll finally get that Best Director Oscar by 2015? Here's to hoping!

On Monday, Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa Giudice, 41, and her husband, Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice, 43, were charged by a federal grand jury on 39 counts, including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. In addition, the indictment also charges Giuseppe with failure to file tax returns from 2004 through 2008 -- when he allegedly made nearly $1 million.

"Today is a most difficult day for our family. I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me," Teresa said in a statement to Us Weekly. "I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career. As a result, I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the government as quickly as possible."

Despite the Jersey girl's desire to resolve this matter, the outcome looks grim. “The indictment returned today alleges the Guidices lied to the bankruptcy court, to the IRS and to a number of banks. Everyone has an obligation to tell the truth when dealing with the courts, paying their taxes and applying for loans or mortgages. That’s reality,” said U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman in a press release from the New Jersey Attorney's office.

Teresa's attorney, Henry Klingeman, also said in a statement, "Teresa will plead 'not guilty.' The judicial process that begins today with an indictment is a search for the truth. As it moves forward, we look forward to vindicating her."

Bank fraud carries up to 30 years in prison, while conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud carries a maximum sentence of 20 years. If convicted, Teresa could face up to 50 years behind bars. Giuseppe faces an additional 10 years in prison for allegedly using his brother's ID in 2010 to get a fake driver's license.

On Sunday Miranda Kerr took her adorable son Flynn shopping at FAO Schwarz in New York City, and the supermodel later headed to a photo shoot for an upcoming spread for Harper's Bazaar. Orlando Bloom's wife tweeted, "Getting nailed by @nailsbymarysoul and @ayumutakasawa for @harpersbazaarus Happy Sunday!" We doubt she needs that much help in the beauty prep department, and can't wait to see the finished product.

Miranda was in Tokyo last week to promote her collaboration with handbag designer Samantha Thavasa, and she was also busy making appearances for her own KORA Organics skin care line. Does she ever stop working?! She's worth an estimated $12 million, but with her business ventures and spokesmodel gigs, we're guessing the 30-year-old Aussie beauty will be raking in the big bucks like Heidi Klum and Gisele Bundchen in no time...

Kim Zolciak took to her Twitter to show off her growing baby belly with her followers over the weekend, and the Real Housewives of Atlanta star looks like she's only got a couple months to go!

This will be the fifth child for the reality star and the third with husband Kroy Biermann. The blonde beauty has daughters Brielle and Ariana from previous relationships, but Biermann recently became their legal father after formally adopting them.

Despite the recent premiere of Diane's new FX show, The Bridge, the longterm couple looks like they have been spending a lot of time together this summer. Last Wednesday, the loves were snapped taking a ride on Joshua's Vespa and then going for a hike around Hollywood.

The two have been dating since 2006, and though there's been no official confirmation, there were rumors last month that Josh was about to propose. Maybe Joshua hasn't proposed yet because he is too busy crawling underneath his car?

Oprah and her main man Stedman Graham have been vacationing in Africa's Serengeti Plains and the media mogul has taken to Twitter and Instagram to document her amazing trip. During the safari holiday, the 59-year-old billionaire photographed cheetahs, elephants and other wild life. Oprah and Stedman, who have been going strong 27 years, also enjoyed a hot air balloon ride together, which Oprah wrote wrote about, saying, "favorite experience on Serengeti: Sunrise in Hot Air Balloon. A SuperSoulSunday moment indeed!

We don't know exactly what a "SuperSoulSunday" is but if it involves animals and a hot-air balloon ride -- we will take it!

After at the picturesque ride, Oprah had a lunch feast on the plains fit for a king -- or rather queen. Lady O posted a pic of the heavenly meal, complete with zebras prancing in the background, and wrote, "Safe landing. Gonna eat and run. Back to US, yay!"

Not a bad last meal before coming back to the US!

Oprah is no stranger to Africa -- she founded the ‪Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls‬ in 2007, which is a boarding school for girls outside of Johannesburg in South Africa. The philanthropist has visited the school several times since it was founded.

Lea Michele has broken her silence following boyfriend Cory Monteith's untimely death by sharing a private photo of the pair from happier times.

"Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support. Cory will forever be in my heart," she captioned the snapshot.

Since the Glee actor's death on July 13, his girlfriend has been privately grieving with his family and planning his memorial arrangements.

The brunette beauty has yet to step out in public since the tragedy occurred.
