Gwen Stefani ditched her usual glam wardrobe on Thursday when she rocked an eclectic black and white with a splash of pink (in her shades) while taking Zuma, who followed suit in a crazy getup of his own, to school.

The 43-year-old No Doubt frontwoman is well known for her keen fashion sense but judging by this look, it's clear that was the last thing on her mind.

It was a family affair for Leslie Mann and hubby Judd Apatow Thursday as they were with their girls Maude and Iris in New York City. Looks like they were having fun!

The Hollywood couple and their adorable daughters seemed to their time in the city streets as the actress/director duo undoubtedly enjoying some down time from their busy schedules.

Good thing they're in the city that never sleeps!

The problems just won't stop for her!

According to TMZ, the possibility of an arrest warrant is very real for Lindsay Lohan if she doesn't report to her rehab facility by tomorrow morning.

It was reported earlier today that the much maligned actress arrived at Morningside Treatment Center in Newport, Calif. today but never got out of her SUV.

If Lohan isn't present at the facility by 6am, prosecutors will head straight to court first thing tomorrow to seek a warrant for her arrest.

Let's hope she gets her act together and quick!

After a whirlwind trip to Greece, Paris and London with her family and then baby daddy Kanye West, Kim Kardashian returned to Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon. But the mom-to-be isn't sitting down and taking a breather -- she'll be back on the road for an appearance at Sears in Houston, Texas on Saturday ... does she EVER sleep?

In other news, Kanye tweeted "June Eighteen" earlier this morning, and we're not sure if that's the release date for his new album or Kim's due date, but either way we're excited to find out!

And speaking of due dates, there were reports that the couple aren't moving in to their new Bel Air mansion this summer due to delays with renovations, but we can report exclusively that those rumors are 100% false. We wanted to check on progress at the Kimye mansion so we sent a photographer up in a helicopter the other day and there is absolutely no construction going on at all. What's up with that?

UPDATE:

• Morningside Recovery Center Chief Executive Officer Mary Helen Beatificato maintains they DO have a "license/certification" to provide drug and alcohol treatment, and that the 2012 revocation only affects the facility's ability to provide detox services. Millicent Tidwell, the Acting Deputy Director Over the Licensing and Certification Division at the Department, maintains Morningside can not provide ANY treatment, and is able to provide only a sober living environment, TMZ reports.



• Judge Jim Dabney gave prosecutors a week from Friday to investigate whether Morningside meets the court-ordered requirements for an acceptable rehab facility. But assuming the state has their facts in order and Morningside's license was, in fact, revoked, obviously no judge would approve the facility as satisfying a court-order rehab stay so Lindsay will HAVE to find another place to go -- one with a license.



• Some reports claim Lindsay Lohan checked into Morningside this morning, while others claim the actress is nowhere to be found and has not been seen since 9 A.M., when shoppers claim to have spotted her at a Fry's Electronics in Fountain Valley, California. X17online photographers have been at the facility all day and have yet to see Lilo enter or exit the facility. Looks like Lindsay's MIA.

Lindsay Lohan just checked in to Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, California, but given that the facility had its license suspended in 2011 and revoked in 2012, we doubt she'll be staying there much longer!

According to a report on the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs website, Morningside currently at has no license to provide rehab treatment to patients, and they were sued last year by the family of a young man who died at the facility.

Lohan was supposed to check into the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, New York today, but she changed her mind at the last minute and checked in to the Morningside, which was NOT approved by the court. Judge Jim Dabney was fine with Lohan's proof of enrollment for now, but he gave Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White until next Friday to determine whether this is an acceptable location ... if White doesn't sign off on Morningside (and after this, we can't imagine he would), Lohan will be moved.

But where to? And will she try to enroll at another center immediately or just wait until the court forces her to?

Today Reese Witherspoon's lawyer Bruce Morris pled no contest on her behalf for physical obstruction of another following her arrest for disorderly conduct on April 19. The Oscar winner has to pay a $213 fine ... and that's it.

Witherspoon's husband Jim Toth was present in court and he pled guilty to driving under the influence. Toth won't have to serve any time in jail, but he will be on probation for 12 months and he must perform 40 hours of community service and attend an alcohol education program.

The judge said to Toth, "Consider yourself fortunate you didn't injure your passenger [Reese] and didn't kill anyone." Wonder if he's still thinking about going to rehab?

The couple were arrested in Atlanta on Friday after Jim was pulled over on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Jim blew a .139 on a breathalyzer test and was taken into custody, and Reese was arrested for disorderly conduct after disobeying a police officer who told her to stay inside the car.

Vanessa Hudgens grabbed takeout at Lotus Vegan in North Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon, and the 24-year-old actress showed off her toned abs in a cropped top and a pair of flared jeans. Hawt!

The previous day the Spring Breakers starlet and celebrity skincare guru Sonya Dakar hosted an event benefiting Wish Upon a Teen where they provided patients from the Mattel Children’s Hospital and their mothers with a day of beauty treatments.

“I love kids, and I’ve been able to meet kids who have been dealing with cancer and their parents,” Hudgens told People. “Just seeing the emotional strain, it’s really nice [that] events are held where the parents and the teens can get together and just relax and be pampered. It’s a really great opportunity for everyone to hang out and feel like a princess, which is always nice.”

Well, he's certainly not a Law Abiding Citizen! Gerard Butler's string of roles as an antihero have apparently inspired the actor to bend the law. Hollywood's perennial bad boy parked in a "no parking" zone earlier today in Beverly Hills. Once he realized his mistake, Gerard moved his black Range Rover to another location ... only to get in trouble again.

After a brief run-in with a parking enforcement official, a tow truck was called to move his SUV. Gerard used his Scottish charm to talk his way out of the situation though, avoiding an embarrassing ordeal. Well, if he was capable of resurrecting a fallen "Olympus," he's certainly able to get out of a ticket. Let's just say it was a bad parking day, all around.
